Location!!! Location!! House was perfect and was a great landing pad with large group in town. They had everything needed to make for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Hot tub was a huge bonus and the fact that it was very clean. Having a parking spot and the ability to walk to most places was key. I would rent again!

Property is located right on the boardwalk with full beach view. The location is perfect, as it is a bit less busy than the beach up north, and down south.

Property is fabulous. Perfect location on the boardwalk. Interior is clean and updated. Only things I found we needed that weren't available is a lock on the master bedroom door and a thermometer for the barbecue. The boogie boards need to be replaced as they are falling apart, but still got the job done and we had tons of fun. Property managers were very responsive and excellent to work with. Each TV Remote needs to be labeled as they are all identical but we eventually figured it out. The carport is super narrow and requires cautious attention when driving a minivan. Overall, loved it, and would certainly return.

This property is very clean. It is stocked well with cookware and all the appliances work great. We will return to this property again!

10/10 stay all around. Hosts were always kind and responsive! Can't say enough good things about the property itself. The kitchen was fully stocked plus some, the beds were very comfortable, and the view was of course beautiful. Every amenity was present and operated as expected. We would 1,000% stay here again.

This house was great for the whole family!

Very nice oceanfront condo. The patio butted up to the boardwalk, so with the shades up there was a constant flow of walkers and runners looking in. If you don't want to be on view in a fish bowl, this is not your place (unless you keep the shades down but then miss the panoramic view). Had a 4 door accordion slider; we opened it up to hear the ocean, breathe the salt air and share our own bluetooth speaker tunes with passersby (while respecting the upstairs neighbors). Kitchen was well equipped; we made a big breakfast, grilled chicken and baked some brownies. Our big kids tried boogie boarding, relaxed in the hot tub, and we all played card games (brought our own) at the large kitchen table. The 2 back bedrooms felt a little small, and overall it's not a huge condo. But roomy enough for our 5, plus 2 local day visitors. Everything is about a 20 min drive around SD, so we took in the zoo, USS Midway, golf and indoor rock climbing too. Go to Scuderie Italia - delicioso!

Absolutely wonderful hosts! Quick to respond with any questions. Stunning, comfortable space with amazing views. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was the best! They had everything we needed and more! Waking up to the sounds and view of the ocean is spectacular! This spot comes highly recommended!

Great property with all the things you would want for a relaxing vacation. We have been to Mission Beach many times and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed in. We will be back for sure in the future.
