Oceanfront & Pool, on the Boardwalk at 37th Street

What an amazing couple who offers an amazing property to rent. They were always available to talk and prompt with responding.

Our experience in this condo was perfect. We found the until to be large, clean, and stocked with literally anything you could possibly need on vacation. The view from the 6th floor was amazing and the location provides for easy walking to food, games, and shopping. The hosts went above and beyond by offering early check in and late check out if we needed it. The communication was clear and timely and access to the unit was super easy. Once nice touch I want to call out specifically is the clear panel on the balcony so you can sit and see the ocean (the dolphins!) without looking through the usual balcony bars. My 5-year old granddaughter loved it! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Clean environment, responsive and communicative, excellent view!!

This condo is everything that is advertised and more! It was very clean, very comfortable and spacious enough for our group! We loved being so close to the beach and boardwalk and enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and watch the waves. The arrival and departure process was very easy and convenient and Ann was a very pleasant and responsive host!

Beautiful place! Every day was great to wake up and see the beautiful view! Easy building access due to elevators, and within steps of beach and boardwalk!!!

An absolutely beautiful place and perfect for our family of four. Sparkling clean, everything provided that we would need in the kitchen. Quiet, comfy space with beautiful beach views. Lovely communicative host. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay! Bonus when we found beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet!

Everything about this property and our stay was fantastic! Communication was top notch, the home had everything we needed and the view was unmatched! Sunrise from the living room was worth every penny! Hope to have the opportunity to go back!

Perfect Beach Getaway!We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location couldn’t be better with the beach just steps away, great restaurants nearby, and stunning ocean views right from the balcony. Communication with the owner was amazing from start to finish, always quick, friendly, and helpful with every detail. Check-in and check-out were simple and stress free. We can’t wait to come back!

The kitchen was definitely fully equipped with everything one could want, the view is beautiful despite the rain, the entrance was easy and the instructions were clear. The host did a great job going the extra mile for us and we are highly appreciated that

The vacation was fabulous! Condo was in Excellent condition with much recent remodeling (new kitchen, bath, floors, paint) and numerous thoughtful inclusions (cabinets labeled! beach chairs, extra paper and kitchen products, etc). The owner provided great communication and help. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Property was beautiful right there on the ocean. Couldn't beat the view of the sunrise every morning. We had our one year old son with us and the property was very child friendly. The owners labeled everything throughout the unit which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Best oceanfront and boardwalk location and views! Walk outside and you’re there. The Cavalier close for all wedding events, nearby restaurants, rented bikes. Comfortable with well stocked kitchen, Keurig or drip coffee choice. Fantastic shower in primary suite with ocean and sun rise views. Great host, nice to have binoculars for dolphin watching. Parking spot at the condo a big bonus.. balcony access from primary and great room. Good beach chairs & towels. Will book again.

First, I would like to say Ann was very communicative and responded quickly. The place was amazing. The view is great. Very close to everything. Very spacious and very clean. I highly recommend and am definitely booking again.

Overall, a very comfortable stay. Wish they had cable TV, but we managed with the streaming stations.

This is our second stay at this property and it is fantastic. Amazing views, central location to several restaurants, easy access to the beach, and a perfect setup for a family. Highly recommend.

Everything was very nice, beautiful views from the windows. We stayed in April, the outdoor pool doesn’t open until May. The children had one very good day out in the beach water and on the playground. The playground is also just steps away. Ann has lots of beach chairs to carry out on the beach. Lots of entertainment for children as well as adults. We enjoyed to the full. Thank you

Property was very nice with extra large windows facing the water! Plenty of room for two couples! Walking nearly everywhere was easily done with a few excellent restaurants! Communication was very prompt & response about trouble with a TV was immediate! We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for Shamrock marathon weekend. It is clean, roomy and conveniently located. The kitchen has a good inventory with quality cookware. We enjoyed the view of the ocean watching dolphins. Highly recommend.

The property has an unbeatable view with a wall of windows and is right on the boardwalk. There is plenty of seating to enjoy the view or watch tv. The second bedroom with two full beds is a plus when traveling with two teenagers. The property is within walking distance of several wonderful restaurants. Check in and communicating with the host was super easy. We had no troubles at all during our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

We spent a pleasant four nights overlooking Virginia Beach (from the 6th floor). The condo is very well equipped, with everything a cook could need, as well as comfortable sleeping and lounging. The hosts are very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this condo for a couple (such as we were) or a quartet (a second bedroom has two beds, and there are two bathrooms). The beach is manicured, so not a great place to find shells, but there is a very nice (paved) boardwalk. We spent a lot of time reading and gazing out the windows, but also walking on the boardwalk as well as taking lovely photos of the sunrises.

We visited Virginia Beach about a week and had such a great week! The condo was very clean and neat with a bright, newly modeled kitchen and bathrooms. Other rooms were a bit dark but we sufficed. The location was just what we like-right on the boardwalk.

I would absolutely stay here again, amazing view, amazing location, great place with plenty of room, comfortable seating to watch sunrises, jets or just the beach. Host communicates well and is so very helpful. 10 out of 10!
