I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was not available until 4:30PM. Late entry for one of the most expensive units is unacceptable. Then there were 3 huge trash bags of dirty linens left outside our door. When reported on Monday two were removed but one was left throughout the week. This. Is not the standard for Garden City Realty.

The views are spectacular, the beach is wonderful, and the local restaurants are amazing. Would recommend this vacation spot to any beach lovers. You will not be disappointed.

We have been coming here for 30+ years. Tried other places, but this is our favorite. The only recommendations- Penthouse F could use a couple more mirrors like one in master bedroom and one in living area. Clock would be nice in living area. A few more pictures would add personality. But overall, love it.

We really like the decor in the bedrooms....very beachy....the pull shades in the master bedroom really help with the bright morning sun.This stay won’t be our last. Once again, the Garden City Realty associates are The Best !!

The storm was a little scary when the power went out. Wish we could have gotten notice of how to turn the AC back on that night instead of next day. Everything else was great.

Reviewer Comments: Live to be right on the beach and Penthouse F at Surfmaster by the Sea was the perfect setup for home base for our four sets of families who stayed elsewhere. Some in the same building and some just up the road. With the huge kitchen, common area and wraparound balcony, there was more than enough for everyone at meals. Well equipped condo with lots of baking sheets, large pots and pans for cooking for all.
