From Reef16 you will have a short flat walk to Half Moon Bay Beach, the village of West End, dive shops, snorkeling, water taxis, restaurants, bars, nightlife, and shops. No rental car needed!

Take in ocean and reef views, incredible sunsets, and the Caribbean breeze from every room! Private, quiet, and secure. Enjoy a huge community pool, gated secured entrance, A/C in every room - truly the best Roatan offers.

Reef16 is a breezy, modern penthouse condo located on the 4th floor of the Iron Shore Point Condos in West End, Roatan. Open-concept kitchen, dining, living area with access to the wraparound oceanfront deck. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms (primary - king bed with attached private bathroom, guest bedroom - king bed, 3rd bedroom - bunkroom with 2 queen beds), plus two full baths. The guest bath is shared between the guest bedroom and bunkroom and has a full sized washer and dryer.

Large, sparkling clean oceanfront community pool, sun loungers and palapa for outdoor dining or games.

Built with a clean, modern Caribbean design and high-end finishes, the open floor plan connects the indoors to the outdoors with expansive sliding windows and doors. Seamless indoor and outdoor lounging spaces allow you to fully enjoy tropical living.

The modern gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare amazing meals (or have a private chef come to you!) Ceiling fans and air conditioning in every room provide cooling ventilation in addition to the ocean breeze.

Guests have full access to the penthouse via 3 flights of stairs (no elevator access, all guests must be able to climb 3 flights of stairs to access the space).

Gated, secured entry to the property for privacy and security of all guests and homeowners. Guests may enjoy the huge community pool, palapa with dining table for 8, and sun loungers surrounding the pool.

Guests also have direct ocean entry access via a community pier and landing for snorkeling, swimming, and diving. Conditions and safety vary for ocean entry and we recommend that guests be strong swimmers to access from the iron shore pier.

Parking is available for 1 vehicle.

    My diving buddy and I thoroughly enjoyed this West End Penthouse's walkable location, superb interior and exterior design, and cozy comforts topped off with impeccable hospitality from both the owner and property manager Ramona (who is an absolute gem). Breathtaking ocean views from a third floor wrap around deck perched above a communal but quiet and dazzling pool made it hard to leave to go dive but oh so lovely to return to every day before sunset. Our only regret is only staying 5 nights. Thank you so much for sharing this paradise.
