We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
Windansea is known for its picturesque ocean views, bluffs, and surf breaks. While surfing is permitted, swimming and beach side enjoyment is solely dependent on tide levels and current. Summer is typically best for low tide beach access directly in front of our home. Beach access involves moderate bluff climbing.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Attention:
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. Owners live nearby! No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

This home is located in Windansea, a prestigious La Jolla neighborhood. Windansea Beach is directly south of La Jolla village in San Diego. Explore the charming village of nearby La Jolla- with a great selection of restaurants, enchanting coves, and a spectacular 1-mile clifftop walk. Windansea is known for its unobstructed ocean views, characterized by gentle bluffs and remarkable surf. Windansea is a short drive to Sea World, and a half hour to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.

Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved.     This property deserves more than 5 stars: It's in a beautiful location, it's within walking distance of food and fun, and it's clean and quiet. Location: Across the street from a lively beach with a 2nd floor patio from which to review the action (for those who don't want to participate directly). What to do or watch? Surfing, snorkeling, sun bathing, jogging/walking. Food and fun nearby: Food - Restaurants, tacos, bagels; Fun - Other beaches, exotic car dealerships (my personal favorites). Condition: The place looked like it was recently remodeled with first-rate appliances and fixtures. It was a very pleasant place to relax and prepare for the next day.

    We wanted a vacation with ocean view and this VRBO does not disappoint. Floor to ceiling view of the ocean and surfers. Easy check in, comfortable accommodations, stocked amenities and garage parking. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

    We rented this space for a work weekend and it was the most enjoyable place to work all weekend! Incredible views and was nice to work outside on the patio in the sun while looking at the ocean. The condo was very nice and updated and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

    This was our second time here and is our favorite place in La Jolla! A near-perfect stay. Beyond the STUNNING VIEW, everything was super clean, the home is stocked with everything needed, the beds are comfy, the furnishings are high quality and the design is gorgeous. No shortcuts are taken at this home. Even the littlest things are taken into consideration, like high quality paper towels and toilet paper. THANK YOU! If we had any constructive feedback to give it would be two things: 1) The next door homes give off a lot of light that pours in the primary bedroom windows at night through the edges of the roller shades (and the slider curtains don't have enough width to cover the edges) - please consider drapes with more coverage on the bedroom windows; and 2) please switch to unscented laundry detergent. For guests who are senstive to fragrance, this would be so appreciated!! We will be back for sure. The location and home simply can't be beat! Don't forget to grab coffee up the street at Rosemonts! SO GOOD!

    We loved our stay at this property. Property manager was very communicative and responsive to our every need. Property is across from one of the prettiest beaches in La Jolla and is close to many cafes and dining options. Amazing views from updated kitchen/dining/living room area! We will definitely stay here again!

    My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the spectacular views. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was close to a quaint market and just a short drive to many great restaurants. Access to the beach was just a cross the street. We loved our stay!
