Stayed Aug 2, 2025The condo was great. It is a little dated but very comfortable. The location is amazing. Steps from the action and beach. The building is controlled access and that was nice. We fet very safe in the area going out day or night. One item to note thet has nothing to do with the condo, is the noise. The street noise is very loud - cars/motorcycles revving engines for show. The planes from the naval base fly over too, which we thought was cool, but it is loud.

LOTS of room and nicely equipped with just about anything you might need. You can't get any closer to the beach and some of the best resturants are within walking distance. Margie & her team do an amazing job of orgaining the arrival process and the response is immediate if there is anything you need while there.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023My family and I enjoyed our stay! We vacation in VA Beach every summer. It was our first time staying at this property. Overall, everything was great! Very spacious and clean! The A/C in the master bedroom was not as cool as the other rooms. We did find a stand up fan in the closet which we used. It helped some. We would stay again. Margie and her Team were pleasant to work with.
