Oceanfront Paradise - Steps to Beach & Rocket Launches!

Perfect. Lora is a wonderful host. The condo was very clean and beautiful. We were so close to the beach, just right out the sliding doors and just a very short walk to the beach. We only stayed one night before boarding a cruise the next morning but we will be back for a longer stay.

We had absolutely great stay !! Lora stayed in great communication the whole time. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is on the beach walk out the back door and your on the sand !! Would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay here and will stay again when we return! We had enough space for the five of us! It was so nice to walk out to the back patio and be right at the water with only a few steps.

We only got to spend one night here but the condo was great! Perfect location on the beach and we could walk to the pier. Watched a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral!

This property was conveniently located walking distance to beach and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

1 Adorable first floor condo. It was located in a residential area, so it felt safe and the beach was not crowded. (Even during Spring Break)2 the condo was very clean and didn’t feel crowded even with four adults and three children.3 The owner let us know about all the upcoming space rocket launches.We had a wonderful trip

Thank you excellent condo to stay in. Very close to ocean just walk out your back door. Couldn’t see the ocean from the bottom floor. The manager was excellent to work with. Great location.

This place is perfect! Right on the beach. You are at the beach within seconds! House is extremely clean and has tons of amenities. We will definitely be staying here again!

Host was super nice and communicated everything very clearly. The apartment was super clean and stocked with everything you’d need for a stay. We stayed over night for a cruise and felt so relaxed having a place so nice!!

Literally steps to the beach! Great safe, quiet location with beach access out the sliding door. Comfy king beds, very kind and helpful host. Will book again if we get the chance!

Communication with the host was easy. The unit is on the ground floor directly beachfront. Very spacious and clean. Our group stayed overnight prior to cruising and really enjoyed the unit and convenience to the Pier.

Great location and condo for a stay before our cruise with extended family. We didn’t have the chance to explore the area as our incoming flight was delayed but served our needs. Host was responsive and condo was perfect. Would recommend and consider for future stays.

We had an amazing stay for a family Thanksgiving we will remember forever. The location was perfect. The condo was spacious but cozy and inviting. The host was awesome. Lora was immediately responsive, kind, and caring when we were searching for a lost cell phone on check-out morning. We are definitely planning to book again for future family gatherings.

Our stay here was perfect. Being right on the beach, we walked down the beach to the pier for dinner. We were 15 minutes from Kelly Park where we did kayaking and got to see a night rocket launch step away from the condo on the beach. Our teens played beach volleyball at the pier and enjoyed the ocean.

Lora was amazing with the entire process and even helped us coordinate parking with an extra vehicle. The property was clean, the location was stellar, and the vibes were great! We'd definitely stay here again in the future!

It’s rare to find rental houses with two king beds and they were great. The kids each had their own bed in the third bedroom and the location right on the beach with full beach gear was perfect. We were mostly there to go to the space museum which was only 25 min away so we could get there early.Ron Jon and the pier are 5-7 min away which was all very convenient. Lora is super responsive and helpful as we needed an extra parking space which worked out well. The kitchen had just what we needed to cook in for a night. Thank you Lora we would love to go back for another visit.

Lovely location with easy access to EVERYTHING!We noted sand on the floor, but it is on a BEACH for gosh sakes, so it wasnt offensive. Wonderful space for relaxing...

I brought six friends for a one night stay before our cruise and we wished we would have had a couple of days to stay here! The proximity to the beach was amazing! The apartment was decorated so fun and very spacious! We intend on coming back to stay for a long weekend again here!!! The property manager even informed us of a prospective rocket launch which we tried to wait up to see, but it got cancelled haha! Definitely will be back!

We had a short one night stay here before our cruise the next day. Coming from cold Ohio, this adorable condo right on the beach was exactly what we were hoping for. We immediately headed out to the beach just a short walk through the sand to soak up the sun. We had plenty of room for 2 couples and 3 kids, there was a good supply of basic items so the only thing we needed for our overnight stay was food. I also liked the assigned parking space.The property manager was very accommodating for us and was friendly and quick to respond.I would like to stay here again for a longer time.

We loved this location and house. We stayed one night before our cruise left. This would be a great place to stay longer at as we loved the 2 bathrooms and the access to the beach.

We had a wonderful time at this property. We spent our Thanksgiving holiday here. It was stocked well enough for us to prepare a Thanksgiving meal. But we also walked the beach to the pier on Thanksgiving and enjoyed some appetizers at the restaurant. And to round out our stay we saw a rocket launch our last night! We look forward to staying again.

Mike and Lora are wonderful hosts. Condo was stocked with everything. Very clean and comfortable. Just walk on little path to beach and you can hear waves crashing from the patio. Condo is a 5 ⭐️

The condo is very nice, clean, and centrally located. Plus being oceanfront our grandkids loved going right out the door to the beach. Would recommend this for any family going to spend quality time in Cocoa Beach.

Sadly, due to flights, we didn't get as long to stay here as we were supposed to. This condo was clean, decorated nicely, comfortable beds and quick steps to the beautiful beach. We got to see a rocket launch which was really cool. Also, found some great seashells. Owner was on-site as we were leaving and she was super nice. If I get back to Cocoa Beach, I would most definitely consider this condo to stay at. Thanks so much!

We stayed in the condo for 4 nights and it was great! Great location, easy access to the beach for the day and for night walks. I loved that each room had a smart extension cord with plenty of plugs and usb outlets for all our smart devices. The kitchen was well equipped and I didn't need to buy any paper products or cleaning products either! Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. There were beach chairs and towels for us too. The absolute only difficulty was that there is only one parking spot but that was very specifically addressed in the listing so we were aware of that which was appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!
