Oceanfront Oasis in Pacific Beach

Property is in a great location overlooking the sea with beautiful sunsets. Right next to the beach and promenade with an easy walk to shops and places to eat. We felt safe and secure in the building and the allocated parking space in the basement was easy to access and so useful as parking the the area is expensive and sometimes difficult to find. Inside the property we had all the things that we needed even down to chairs for the beach and a cool bag for picnics on the beach! We definitely recommend this property and would stay there again if we are visiting the area.

Thomas is very friendly and accommodating. The view is wonderful. The unit is very clean and is stocked with a variety of beach toys and accessories. The location is a perfect 10 for walkability.

Easy check-in and the communication with the host was great. The view out from the living room windows was breathtaking with beautiful views of the ocean waves and nightly sunsets. The place was conveniently located in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen for preparing your own meals. Onsite assigned parking was a big bonus. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, ocean front with easy beach access. Apartment had all the amenities, comfortable bed, quiet building, close to coffee shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Overlooking Pacific Beach, the location of Tom's condo couldn't be in a better location for sun and surf in San Diego! The unit is modest, but perfect for 2 and well stocked with all the basics some rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, but, hey, it's a beachfront property with a great view and ocean breezes. It's appropriately priced.

We stayed 11 nights at Tom’s apartment and have already booked another stay for next year. It was comfortable, well stocked, well located in the city, and the view from the living room window and proximity to the beach is unreal! You can open the window, sit on the couch and feel the ocean breeze. Highly recommend

The magnificent view from the big window is the reason to stay here! Watch the waves, the weather, the birds, the passers-by. (And, alas, the rough sleepers, who never bother anyone, but who are less than scenic.) Just two steps onto the boardwalk and the beach and two minutes to legendary Kono's for coffee and breakfast. Everything is perfectly comfortable, the furniture is plain and pleasing, and the apartment is blessedly free from cutesy seaside objects. The bed, while very soft, produced some great sleep. Lots of room for clothes. Still, the kitchen could do with a bit of a refresh. The dishwasher is not great, the drip coffee maker is ancient, the frying pans don't sit flat on the stove. No omelette is possible! If you don't plan to do much cooking, however, this doesn't matter. Lots of restaurants nearby. Everything the previous tenants have brought and discarded remains in the cupboards, which is probably meant to be useful, but which needs culling. There's no room for new dry food. These are minor quibbles, however. I'd come back.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at Tom’s condo. The location was perfect. The view was amazing and close to everything. Restaurants, bars, shops were all along the ocean promenade. The condo was clean and comfortable.

This really was a perfect place for a getaway. Wonderful area safe clean close to the beach and truly enjoyable. Tom is great to work with he will take care of anything you need.

This was the best place we have every stayed in Pacific Beach, and we have been going there for over 30 years. If you want to watch people on the boardwalk, see and hear the ocean waves, feel the cool breeze through your windows, and be able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, then this is the place to stay.
