Stayed Aug 17, 2024We really enjoyed our stay at Fripp. We’ve stayed at this condo many times. It is very conveniently located to the beach and dog friendly. Joanne, the owner, is responsive. Our only complaint is the bed in the master is very uncomfortable but she’s agreed to take care of it. We will be back.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We loved our stay at Fripp. The condo was as described and the view was beautiful! I loved having my coffee on the balcony each morning. The condo is right next to the resort club, so if there’s music at night, it can be loud; but the convenience of everything was great. We would love to stay here again.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Loved the location! Could see the ocean from the balcony of the unit. Close to central island amenities- adult pool (with live bands), Olympic pool, arcade, gift shop, and small store. Kitchen has been updated nicely with upgraded appliances and marble countertop. One assigned parking space located near unit. Short walk to the beach through the complex courtyard. Unit has a pool shared among the complex (highest depth is approx. 8 feet).

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Unit was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. It is beach front and provided a great view of the ocean. It is located in the middle of the island and very close to the beach club. The owner was very easy to work with.
