Oceanfront Luxury Condo at Seaside Resort 1006, 3BR/3B, Resort Amenities

The condo has an amazing view and was very spacious for our group of five. We really appreciated the easy access to the beach, which made our stay more enjoyable.However, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness upon arrival. The floors didn’t appear to have been swept, and several cabinet and refrigerator handles were greasy or sticky. I also found hair in the master bathroom tub, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned.It would have been helpful to have a broom and dustpan available, especially for cleaning up sand throughout the week.Additionally, the bedding could use improvement. The king-sized bed only had two pillows, both of which were old and flat. While we did find extra pillows in the closet, they were stained and there were no extra pillowcases provided. I ended up having to buy some during our stay.Overall, the location and space were great, but a few updates and more attention to cleanliness would make this condo a much better experience.

We were not able to get in the room until after 5 p.m. but it was very clean and all the beds were made. We had no complaints at all. We have stayed in this unit before and will definitely stay in the unit again. Wonderful experience!

This condo was exactly as seen on VRBO and was very clean. Will stay here again. Easy check-in and check out.

Very clean, very comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful as the unit was clean and spacious - and there were indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, as well as being on the beach. We loved it and communication was fantastic. We’ll definitely book again!

The beach is not crowded as there aren’t any big hotels or condo units nearby. The pool never had more than 5-6 people in it at one time. Very convenient to everything weNeeded to do while there. The management team at Carolina Resorts Realty were friendly, helpful and extremely nice.

The property was well taken care of as was our condo. The choice of 3 pools was a hit because there was something that fit all of us. we really enjoyed our stay and will come back again.
