Very welcoming environment with beautiful views of both the lake and ocean. The location is excellent with numerous amenities and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this condominium!!!

I've stayed in the same complex several years now and have always had a nice visit. This was the best experience I've had yet. The condo was amazing, the owners went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. I will absolutely go out of my way to stay in this condo or rent with this owner going forward. I woul have given 10 stars but the system only allows 5 BEST VRBO EXPERIENCE EVER!

Cannot recommend this listing highly enough. The owner has thought of every detail and is very pleasant and responsive. The unit is situated perfectly with views from all rooms that are amazing. The unit was very clean and we appreciated all the things that are often left to a renter to supply. The views are gorgeous and even over spring break the beach was not crowded. There are beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet but the beach service is also wonderful. Hope to be back soon and I would absolutely rent this unit!

Ocean view from 3 balconys, kitchen has everything you need. Close to pool and poolside grill, which was amazing. 5 star for sure.

This is our second stay at this condo, and it was just as wonderful as our first! The condo is immaculate and well appointed, with everything we needed. The owners were so awesome to work with, they are among the absolute best owners we’ve had the pleasure to work with. This condo is perfect for couples, families, singles - anyone wanting a great getaway at the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf of America. I cannot recommend this property any more highly. Book it, you’ll love it!!!

The condo was so clean and the decor was gorgeous! The view from the balconies was amazing! The beach was never crowded and was great for shelling. So many amenities to choose from when you needed a break from the beach. The owner was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I can’t wait to return next year!

Constant communication between the owners prior to check in and right before check out. The condo is stunning and so clean! The towels were brand news and so soft and Laura, the owner, made sure the sheets on the bed were the material I could sleep on. Beyond the normal host! The views gorgeous and we loved the decor! The beach was quiet and so peaceful which is what we were looking for but close enough to drive to the nearby beach towns. We already are making plans to come back next fall and stay at this same condo! Now I know why Laura and her husband have received only perfect reviews!

This place was amazing! The condo was very clean, felt very safe, and was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The view was beautiful and this was the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon. The owner was incredibly helpful and so nice! She was responsive each time we communicated and was very professional and polite. Overall, staying here was an amazing experience and I would definitely book with this owner again in the future.

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was super clean and neat! It is obvious that Laura and Jed take great pride in their condo. The check-in process was easy and Laura was wonderful to work with. We hope to stay there next year!

Wowowow! Our little piece of paradise! The owner, Laura, has paid attention to even the smallest details! The decor was beautiful! More amenities than I even knew we needed! Beach towels, chairs and things that we brought ourselves, no realizing these would be available!Beautiful views from every window and both balconies! Laura was helpful and available throughout the whole stay! It was a beautiful vacation with great memories made here @ Pinnacle Port!

The unit itself was nice with a beautiful view, the building is dated , I would never go in the fall again because the love bugs are out and biting flies were awful!! I am an actual owner of a timeshare in Myrtle Beach, no comparison. The owners were wonderful so I personally I didn’t like the area.

Beautiful Condo and great location. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a fun relaxing vacation. The views from the condo are just like the pictures. It is on the nineth floor but we never had to wait for the elevators. The pool area and beach are not as crowded as other places we have stay in Panama City Beach. It is a very safe gated community. Very close to all the restaurants and Pier Park. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo on the 9th floor. What is really unique to this condo is that it has 2 floors. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, and 1/2 bath with laundry. Very updated and clean. View is really nice. Had my morning coffee out on the deck everyday. Condo has everything you need. Laura is very prompt on any questions you send her. Also keeps you up to date with emails prior to your arrival. Great condo and owners.

My husband and I have stayed at Carillon Beach nearly ten times over the past 3 1/2 years. The beach and water are gorgeous and the neighborhood is beautiful! We have stayed in this condo twice and we would have rented it more if it had been available. It stays booked for a reason! First of all, the condo was very clean. You can tell that the owners take pride in their home! The beachy decor is very nicely done and the updated kitchen and baths are so pretty. It is even nicer than the pictures suggest. Also, the owner, Laura, is a great host! She was super communicative, guiding every part of the process and checking on us multiple times during our stay. This condo has everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. You absolutely cannot go wrong with making it your home away from home!

Our stay was amazing. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. It is very clean and well maintained. This was the most well stocked VRBO we’ve ever rented. Communication with the host was very good even though we did not need anything during our stay. She still made sure we got to the condo ok. The location is wonderful. It was away from the Panama City craziness but not so far that we had to make a whole day out of doingsome of the more touristy activities. Easily 5/5 stars in every category

Wonderful condo, very convenient to restaurants/Publix and other amenities. Most importantly, right on a beautiful beach, and if you don't want to get sandy the pool overlooks the beach.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Pinnacle Port! The hosts Laura & James were absolutely fantastic! Laura was proactive & kind enough to reach out to me ahead of an impending hurricane to discuss options to ensure my vacation plans went as smoothly as possible, being so flexible & communicating along the way. Thankfully their property was safe, and talk about beautiful! The condo itself is spacious, clean & tastfully decorated with all kitchen appliances you could want, even brita water cooled in the fridge ready on arrival! They have fantastic views from both balconies & a super short walk to the beautiful well kept beach, with chairs & umbrella in unit provided. We always had plenty of hot water, regardless of dishwasher and washing machine in unit use. Lots of great restaurants and shopping close by for all your needs, would definitely stay here again in the future!
