Oceanfront Lincoln City Condo w/ Community Pool

We absolutely LOVED our stay! Absolutely perfect location for our son to play on the beach. Beautifully updated condo. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Location was everything for this condo, but that was all it had going for it. The smell at first entering was sour, the carpets were stained, paint and plaster peeling in the bathroom, and stuff stuck to the ceiling. The walls are paper thin, we listened to our neighbor snore the first night. Booking was easy, directions were great, and check in a breeze.

The view was perfect and the condo is near the stairs that go down to the beach. This can be a bonus or deterrent depending on your liking. We didnt get to check in until after 4:30 due to the key being locked in the room instead of being put back into the lock box. The sunset was great although there are residents that sit right out in front of this condo smoking cigarettes which was not very pleasant to look at or smell while relaxing. The condo was clean but the carpet really needs to be replaced. I'm glad I brought indoor slippers.

The drains in master bedroom tub is slow. When showering the drain is not go down completely.

Great location!! Opens up to the stairs that lead down to the beach! Would definitely stay again!

Great location, right on the beach, in a well equiped and nicely updated space.

The kitchen was great... we did not find any pot holders, so we used a kitchen towel to get stuff out of the oven. We did NOT go anywhere close to the pool, so I really can't rate it. We loved the location and walked the beach numerous times.

Kitchen was ok. No pool that I saw. The TV kept losing connection with the internet so was very disturbing and annoying. Would have preferred regular channels.

Overall very nice and new. Well decorated. Great location.Microwave a bit high for short people. same for opening the frig.Unit needs cleaning under the furniture-dust bunnies galore.Roku sucks-limited viewing for 4 daysEnjoyed the unexpected kite festival-especially the evening show

Condo was excellent. We loved the update, the artwork, and the furniture. Great view of the ocean. Overall we loved everything about our stay.

This condo was just as advertised. Great location, space and well equipped.

Host never got us the access information. We all arrived and called her for hours. When she finally called back we gad already booked another place. She said she texted the information to the wrong number

My daughter and I stayed here while we were on our mom/daughter trip to celebrate her 21st birthday. We walked in and were so happy to see such a beautiful and clean condo. She got her own bedroom and bathroom and I took the sofa bed in the main living area but also had my own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the appliances and kitchen items were good quality and made it a pleasure to cook there. We were very comfortable and happy staying here and Patty was great at communicating. We will definitely stay here again!

Property was not as described in booking. We were supposed to be on the ground floor. Was told the room changed due to renovations and the heater did not work in the room that it was chaned to either. Was told by the property manager that we would be refunded half of our booking. Thats all im asking.Would appreciate a refund. please and thank you for your assistance

Loved the views of the beach and the sound of the waves at night. Great central location for day trips both north and south. The property manager is super responsive and check in/out was simple.

I want to start with all the wonderful and work my way down. Our condominium was exactly as described. Nice to have a private bedroom in the back with private bathroom. The kitchen was small but very functional and had lots of things to cook with. There was plenty of seating and nice to be able to have a fire on the beach. The condo had a view of the Kite Festival which was amazing and the Ocean was right below us. Cant ask for more there. We were able to make a bon fire on the beach and cooked some food for lunch down there. The down side was that we were right by the stairs that had a water spicket there that you could hear loudly inside the condo whenever anyone used it which was very often as it open for all people staying at The Sea Gypsy Condos. Also your unable to turn off the very bright lights on both the front and back of condo. Minor inconvenience for me as I'm a good sleeper but others in my party were disturbed by the lights. The other down side which has absolutely nothing to do with condo or owners, but as people walked by they would stare into our condo which was rather disturbing. The pool was kind of rundown and wasnt very warm. The hot tub and pool were same temperature. The condos are older. Id say 70s or 80s it suit our needs tho. The owner was extremely responsive to all questions prior to druing and after check checkout. Patty was great to work with. Thank you for our stay. Id overall give it a 4 stars. bathrrombsthroom

The property was cute and convenient with beautiful views of the waves. Great access to the beach. Pool area was nice but could use some updates and would be better with a hottub also. Overall was a great stay.

This condo offered a fantastic location, putting us right in the heart of the city's best spots. The unit was clean and comfortable, though the kitchen could benefit from an update. While all basics were covered, we found the sliding glass door a bit challenging and the sofa bed less than ideal for the 5th guest. The real star of the show was the ocean view. We loved spending our mornings and evenings strolling along the beach and catching the waves. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the property manager was efficient. Overall, we had a great time and would happily recommend this place to others. A few minor tweaks could elevate it to perfection, but it still deserves a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Couldn’t have asked for better beach access!! Space was adequate for 2 adults and 2 children. Owner was quick to answer when I contacted her regarding dirty floors upon arrival. Unfortunately cleaning service was unavailable so we did the cleaning ourselves, as best we could. Loved the ocean and sunset views out the sliding doors.

Ocean is right outside. Beautiful views of beach. Access stairs right out patio door. Comfy beds. Will definitely go back.

Great location and very clean. Had a blast with the family.
