Ultra high ceilings and ground floor location enhance the comfort and convenience of our spacious private condo. Ocean views and a large pool add to your enjoyment. Walk out the door to a nearly private cove and sandy beach. Our condo is tastefully renovated with a new kitchen andappliances that will enhance your stay in comfortable luxury.

An ancient Hawaiian temple graces the point at the tip of Wailua Bay in the capital of the Kingdom of Kauai. Many interesting sites are located nearby as well as shopping and restaurants. This well maintained, non-smoking unit (the entire Lae Nani resort is non-smoking; the beach is public) has been owned by our family since it was built.

Join our Ohana of repeat visitors who have enjoyed this conveniently located luxury condo time and again. The eastside of Kauai is halfway to Poipu Beach on the southside and scenic Princeville and Hanalei Bay on the northshore and has the most diverse choices for restaurants and other attractions on the island.

    In general, the condo looked tired. Was misleading to say it slept 4. Second bed was a pull out sofa bed in the living room with a blow up air mattress.     Our favorite condo complex, so great location but this particular unit is managed through Outrigger and check-in was not at the complex. Had to drive to nearby resort lobby to check in - and then wait because condo wasn’t ready yet. When we got in we discovered that the “double futon” advertised as the additional sleeping option was in fact two blow-up twin mattresses. The sofa bed is not functional and there is no futon. Also, several windows cannot be closed and the shower curtain is moldy. The kitchen is well-stocked with cutlery, dishes, etc but if you want to cook you need to buy absolutely everything-there isn’t anything like salt, pepper or oil. Pantry is completely empty, which is different from other units we’ve rented in this complex. On the plus side, there are two nice beach chairs, a cooler, and blue ice blocks available for use.

    12 out of 10. Location is right in the middle of it all.Right on the beach. Condo is perfect for a vacation. My two 16 sons and I had the best time. Mahalo

    We had an amazing stay here. The unit is exactly as described and within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. And an incredible view! Would definitely stay here again!

    Beautiful grounds, fun beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants plus everything on the island is within a 40 minute drive. But don't plan on sleeping on the convertible sofa.

    The ground floor condo felt very safe and it was such a bonus to be able to walk out to the beach. At the quiet end of a stretch of condos and the start of a very long boardwalk, trail. As a daily runner, this was the best place for running of the five places we stayed on three Islands in Hawaii.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Le Nani. The unit was very comfortable, and the entire area was beautifully landscaped. The beach/cove area was one of the nicest in the area! A short walk down the beach led to a great restaurant and a perfect spot to see the sunrise each morning. It was very centrally located, so drives to both the North coast and South coast were not too time consuming. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip!
