Property is well located and comfortable. Very clean. Bed linen quality could be better. Television in master bedroom of limited use as when we had it on, it would cut out and the alert, “too many devices were connected to YouTube TV” would appear.

I was familiar with the property. Everything was wonderful, including the weather!Everyone in the group was a seasoned traveler, and we were totally pleased. If there was any slight complaint, it was….and we were five women, there weren’t enough mirrors!Such fun. No worries. Ample parking. Great hot tub. Can hardly wait o return.Yvonne Bailey

We had high hopes for this condo based on the previous reviews and great location. The location is perfect on the ground level. You can walk right out on to the beach or over to the King and Prince pool. The condo is showing some age and needs a deep, thorough cleaning. There is obvious water damage to the living room and master room that has not been addressed. The master shower is covered in mold to a point that it cannot even be cleaned. All the mattresses are covered with a very thick memory foam type pad which make them very squishy (I get this is a preference, but the pads slide around and felt like you were sinking into them. It just felt gross). There is lots of dust and spider webs in corners. We killed multiple bugs during our stay (more than would be normal in a humid environment). The kitchen is stocked but very disorganized. The appliances were the nicest thing in the condo. The living room furniture is not very comfortable. Seems like something from a waiting room. It did at least seems cleaner, because of the leather material, compared to the rest of the condo. The entire places smells old and dirty. Our clothing smells after returning home. Every corner or under every surface is covered in dust, hair, food, etc. It seems it hasn't been cleaned, other than a surface wipe down, in a long time. Thankfully, our family rented another condo in the same building so we stayed there most of the week. For the cost, there are very nice and clean condos in this building.

The property was great, and perfect access to the beach. We just wanted a quiet weekend on the beach, and that is exactly what we got. The condo is great, the beds were comfy, and the location is perfect. There is great access to the beach. Restaurants are within walking (or biking) distance, and really, it is all you need. I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beach location excellent!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The layout was perfect and it was just enough room for our family of four. The beds were cozy and the location was spot on! Steps away from the beach and the resort pools! We will be staying here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the King & Prince. Our unit was clean and comfortable. No issues at all, and we are already discussing coming back for longer next year. We were within 20 yards of the beach and main pool. Also happy that we had a designated parking spot. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property.

This place was just perfect. Great set-up in the villa, perfect location with access to all of the King and Prince amenities. We rented bikes and never used our car for the entire stay. Highly recommend this place!

The villa was exactly what we were looking for. Ocean view, easy to get to restaurants for dinner, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, beautiful views, wonderful villa. Only downside was hurricane weather and we had to cut the trip short due to power outage on the whole island. Would definitely stay again.
