Sealodge is a charming oceanfront property, and we want you to know what to expect for your stay. Due to its age and coastal location, you may notice minor imperfections, and occasional routine maintenance may occur during your visit. Please reach out right away if anything comes up so we can address it promptly.

The property is regularly treated for pests, but in a tropical environment, occasional sightings can still happen. We want you to feel comfortable with these details as you decide if this setting is the right fit for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
