Polo Beach Club #106 is new to the rental market and has been refreshed with new furnishings, flooring, and fresh paint to be ready for your visit. Be the first to stay in this highly sought-after ground-floor condo as close as you can get to the beach without having your feet in the sand.

As you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by a spacious and open living area that boasts natural light and the best soothing ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar that is perfect for casual dining and entertaining.

The condo features two cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable bedding and ample storage space. The primary bedroom has a King bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a huge vanity space to make getting beach ready a breeze. Step directly out onto the lanai via separate entrance from this bedroom.

The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted into a comfortable King bed upon request. There's also easy access to the second full bathroom, conveniently located in the hallway between the bedroom and living areas.

This unit is great for families and comes equipped with a travel crib and sheets, making it an easy and comfortable choice for those traveling with little ones.

Step outside onto the private lanai to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The lanai also comes with a table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Other amenities include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, sleeper sofa in the living room, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. While not ADA certified, the condo is ground floor, and the owner utilizes an electric wheelchair via a pathway and lanai entrance during his stay. There are only stairs to the front door entry and guest bedroom and guest bathroom. The primary bedroom, bathroom, lanai, and living areas are all on one level.

The Polo Beach Club is situated on popular Polo Beach, famous for snorkeling and gorgeous sunset views. It is also located in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and at The Shops at Wailea. The property has an oceanfront swimming pool and a hot tub, perfect for soaking up the sun or relaxing after a long day at the beach. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.

Red Tag Parking Policy (Winter Season)

To help manage parking during our busiest months, our Red Tag Parking Period is in effect each winter season from December 15th through Easter Sunday (April 5th this year).

Red parking passes allow parking in the upper lot only. You may get the pass at the Front Office for you to use during your stay. You will need to park in the stalls inside of the entrance gate. Vehicles with a red parking pass may not park in the basement garage.

If the upper lot is full, guests will need to park off property.

Important Policy Details:

During this period, any vehicle associated with an occupied unit should be actively used and not stored in the garage.

A red-tagged vehicle found in the basement will receive one warning, followed by nightly fines of $200 charged to the unit owner.

We ask all owners and guests to follow this policy to ensure fair and efficient use of parking during our high-occupancy season. Thank you for your cooperation!

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Beginning April 15, 2026, a neighboring residence will be undergoing a remodel. In addition, the property will be completing an exterior power washing and painting. Noise levels are difficult to predict, however, there may be intermittent daytime disturbance

    We have stayed at Polo Beach before, but we’re on a higher level. This unit was on the ground level and made access to the beach very easy. The condo was fully equipped and had everything we needed. It was clean. Communication was great. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

    We love Polo beach club. We have stayed here several times in the past and keep coming back. The convenience of the location can't be beat. The condos all differ depending on the owner, so some are nicer than others. It is not overly fancy, but has everything you would need in a condo by the beach. The best part for us is the super close proximity to the beach.

    This was the perfect spot to celebrate our little one's 2nd birthday! The semi-private beach and swimming pool on property were so accessible and perfectly suited for our toddler, and we could still walk to any of the Wailea resorts easily. Amenities like beach chairs, sand toys, kitchen gear and more were an added bonus! We would definitely book again!
