Stayed Jun 22, 2024Super clean and pool was nice and right on the beach. Even the construction on one side of property wasnt bad. Only issue was the noseeums they were bad outside but thats not really the properfault

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Had a wonderful stay at Golden Arms in NSB. The owner was so kind and helpful. The condo is very nice and has a great location. It's very clean and the kitchen is completely stocked with all the cookware and utensils you would ever need. Nice large bedrooms and bathrooms-very comfortable. Fantastic views from the living room and the balcony. We would sit out on the balcony in the mornings and saw dolphins swimming. Would also sit out there at the end of the day when we came off the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Joy for everything-we had a great time.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We’ve never been to New Smyrna and will be back. The location of the condo is perfect. You can walk to Flagler and shop and eat. The condo is very well equipped and has everything you’ll need. Very beautifully decorated!

Stayed Jun 5, 2023Stayed at Joy’s while honoring the life of my dear aunt who lived in NSB my whole life. It was a treasure to bring my family back, stay in a lovely place and have such an easy time with the wonderful amenities. It was a breeze to get down to the pool and out to the beach, a huge plus with three little ones. The condo was the perfect set up for our family and we were able to have dinner multiple times with all the space and kitchen supplies. My kids loved staying in the twin beds, and having two bathrooms was a bonus. Joy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from before we even arrived. Will definitely look to rent here again in the future.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022The condo is in an excellent spot on the beach and walking distance to Flagler and all it offers. Everything was as advertised. The place was very nice, clean and well maintained. Joy was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.
