Oceanfront Garden City Beach Condo For Families!

Clean comfortable condo. Well stocked

The room was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room is comfortable and I like it that he has a large size refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker.

Small point: Need better TV package. Roku offered150 channels of 70s and 80s shows but not one network like CBS/Fox etc. No World Series or NFL for a sports enthusiast .

Unit very clean and exceedingly well stocked in every aspect, dishes, glassware, beach stuff, towels, everything you could want. Didn't need to bring anything except personal items. Very comfortable furniture throughout, nice decor.Balcony door is hard to open/close.Check-in/out very easy, host was friendly and helpful, thank you.

The mattresses were worn out and not comfortable. Dishwasher was not installed properly so it moved from under countertop. Rugs in the condo not clean. Bedsheets for sofa bed were ripped & blankets not washed & smelled dirty. Only 4 bath towels and bedroom ceiling had some mold

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this oceanfront property. The owner of the condo was very efficient and contacted us prior to arrival, with instructions for entry. We were very impressed with the decorations in the condo. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook and eating from beautiful dishes. The condo is equipped with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, soap and super absorbent towels. Everything had been thought through to make guests comfortable. The view from the condo is amazing, as it is on the 15th floor. Royal Garden Resort, where the condo is located, keeps the property clean and they are conscientious with security in the parking area. We highly recommend this property and thank you to Cheri for making the experience memorable as we were celebrating our 54th anniversary.

Nice facility. Great beach!

Beautifully decorated unit with wonderful view. We really enjoyed watching the sea irds, dolphins and even saw a sea turtle. Great vacation!

We had a great time in this condo. It was clean, well stocked kitchen with different coffee choices which was great. The view was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. It was decorated really pretty and the host was awesome because she reached out to me to let me know that if we needed anything she was just a phone call away. I would definitely stay here again. Highly satisfied.

Check in was easy and condo was perfect and clean just as shown in photos. It had everything we needed for our stay. Bed was comfy and we used the pull our sofa one evening when our granddaughters came for the night. The view from the 15th floor was great! We loved that the beach was just a few streps from the property.

The property was wonderful! The only real problem was the building itself, needs some cosmetic work. Also, the parking deck was very tight. The property was very nice and comfortable. The view was fantastic! We really had a nice and relaxing time.

Fantastic view in a great condo. Great family location that is not overly crowded. Only minutes away from entertainment and restaurants.

This was the perfect location for me and my 3 boys ages 3, 9, and 15. We were right on the beach - great beach not too busy and all the pools are maintained well. The staff onsite were so sweet! We were close to Walmart and many grocery stores. My only issue was the parking garage. But that is no fault of Cheri's. The garage is tight for parking so if you have or plan to bring a very large SUV or truck know the parking garage is tight parking. Everything else was wonderful. Cheri is wonderful and her condo is beatiful. My boys made amazing memories of their first time at the beach!

We had a great stay! Very well stocked with any essentials you may need. Very convienent location. Elevators were super fast and nice which is important when going to 15th floor hauling luggage. Would stay again!
