In 2026, a new custom-made solid wood dining room set with 6 chairs and a long bench which seats two people. The table has additional self-storing leaf and large enough for game board night and a matching swivel bar stool for kitchen. Elsewhere in this spacious condo, you’ll find a new, high-tech, full-sized washer and dryer, and a new king-sized bed in the main bedroom. All mattresses and box springs for all bedrooms were replaced in 2024.
