Oceanfront Escape Newly Renovated and Just Steps from the Pier

The best part was being directly on the beach! Condo was nice and clean and updated. I didnt want to leave, I will be coming back again!

This place is in a great location, plenty of parking, and very convenient. The balcony overlooks the beach and we were able to watch rocket launches from the balcony. The unit is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We come to Florida every year ahead of a cruise and we will definitely consider staying here again. We had a billing issue and they have been working with us to get it cleared up. Excellent communication.

Well when I arrived the stove did not work and the wifi didn’t work. I reached out to my manager and they reacted immediately. Also I was compensated for the inconvenience. Thanks

This unit was very clean and the right size for us to relax after the holidays. The bed was very confortable. We loved having a table and high chairs on the balconey. A lot of places have low chairs where you see the railing. We very much enjoyed the rooftop. It was grat to up there and sit at night watching moon rise and sunset. We were especially thrilled to see a rocket launch. We would love to come back again.

This was an amazing property. The property manager was very responsive and did everything to make the stay pleasant. I would book this place again.

The beach view was absolutely perfect. The condo was clean with everything we needed for the stay. We loved the pool and the easy beach access- both of those were critical to our trip with an 11 month old. The proximity to the Pier added a lot of fun to our stay as well! Thank you so much!

This condo had a beautiful view of the beach and pool. The grounds are well maintained. The pool is clean. The description of the property says newly renovated. Not so in momos

Great location, actually perfect. You can see launches from Cape Canaveral as well as cruise ships from the property. Extra special because we could bring our furry family member with us, our little dachshund. Beds were comfy. Only suggestion would be to get comfortable couch and chair for living area as well as felt applied to bottom of dining chairs. Will definitely return.

Overall, our stay was excellent. The condo was wonderful and the price can’t be beat. We will likely be back.

We enjoyed this property very much! It was quiet and accessible to everything. The balcony overlooking the pool and beach was perfect. I enjoyed sitting there in the early morning to catch beautiful sunrises, watch ships and boats pass by and even got to see dolphins every morning!The rooftop made it super easy to watch launches from the Cape which was one of the main reasons we chose this spot.Easy walking distance to several food spots and ice cream for the family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo was a great location with view of the beach /pier . The pool was nice for the kids to go to after the beach . We traveled to Universal which was only an hour away very convenient . We will definitely be coming back . The Marina was a great place for dinner and fishing charters . Check in was very simple and Kitchen had everything you need with grocery store 2 min away .

Your property was absolutely perfect. My daughter is a first year teacher so I went Spring Breaking with her. Her twin brother joined us for 3 days. It was the perfect place and perfect location.

Amazing location, right on the beach! The condo is clean with updated decor. Bathrooms are very small, but nice to have one in each room. Master bedroom is big with a good bed. Second bedroom is pretty tight. My only complaint, both bedrooms need new blinds since the windows open to the hallway. We had to hang towels for privacy. It was also very bright on the morning. Overall a great place and amazing location!

Property had a great view. Listing shows a larger bed in photos. Stock photo used no actual. Staff at the porperty not very friendly and floors in condo had been fairly dirty. Enough so a white wash cloth turned almost black. Corner and baseboards in every room dirty. Stove and oven had issues working.The owners of this property did a nice job on updates. However whoever maintains it is not doing very well. If I owned this condo I wouldnt be happy with cleaning and maintenance.

Everything about chateau was great, the view, beach, rocket launch viewing and booster landing at cape canaveral on the rooftop was clear. Will definitely come back in a couple years

This condo is a great location for a beach vacation. We loved the fact that the Cocoa Beach Pier was just a short walk down the beach. The condo itself is nice enough... the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are VERY small. But the price was good and everything in the condo was in good working order. Overall I would recommend this place.
