Stayed Feb 1, 2025This condo is just as advertised: newly remodeled, clean, well-equipped, in a quiet neighborhood of New Smyrna Beach. The owner is very responsive to any question. The best recommendation is that we plan to come back next year.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025We loved our stay in NSB, including morning walks on the beach to get coffee on Flagler, our spacious balcony where we could see a rocket launch, and the cozy and beautifully decorated condo! We had everything we could need and would love to come back and stay here again! Flew into Orlando and the condo is just over an hour from the airport, with gated parking, and the area is easy to navigate with a Publix 5 mins away and tons of great restaurants. Full kitchen would allow you to cook if desired. Plenty of room for a family or group. The pool area was getting new landscaping while we were here and I imagine it will be done by spring/summer!
