Pull up a seat to the bar counter to help with the cooking, or relax with a newspaper and a cup of coffee at the small indoor dining table for two. But as the sun comes up each morning, step outside on the private balcony to gaze east across the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy an al fresco breakfast at the patio table for four, or watch the kids play on the grassy lawn below. And you'll return home to find a beautifully landscaped terrace, a refreshing outdoor pool, and a communal picnic area with a charcoal grill.

It's also an easy walk or a free shuttle ride to local restaurants, shopping, bars and nightclubs, and recreational outfitters. Thanks to the island's year-round warm weather, it's never a bad day to borrow a boogie board from the HOA and spend the day splashing in the turquoise Gulf waves. Spend the day on an eco-tour, gazing at the local dolphins, or charter a fishing boat to search for plentiful red snapper, grouper, and kingfish. You'll also be just two miles north of Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark, where you'll find 13 indoor and outdoor waterslides on 25 acres of beachfront property.

Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this condo may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
