Welcome to Bluewater Oceanfront 2 North – a wonderful beachfront vacation rental overlooking the famous boardwalk and warm sands of San Diego’s Mission Beach. This home was custom built and purposely designed and decorated with two things in mind: comfort and enjoyment of the beach and everything it has to offer.
This is one of the top vacation rental homes on the Mission Beach boardwalk. It’s beautifully designed and outfitted with comfortable furnishings and luxury finishes featuring granite counters, an open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large view windows, outdoor patios, and multiple balconies.
This vacation rental home offers a spacious, open floor plan with the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the second and third floors so your group can spend time together with plenty of space. With all the windows, it’s hard to find a place that doesn’t have a great view!
You and your group can spend some time relaxing on the sunny oceanfront patio just off the living area, soak up the sun on the third-floor deck, or set up an umbrella on the sand, take a stroll along the beach, grab a surfboard and hit the waves, or go biking on the boardwalk. If you love the beach and outdoors, then this is the place!
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, in-home laundry, gas BBQ, a starter kit of soaps, paper goods, trash bags, and one towel set and beach towel per occupant.

• This home encompasses the oceanfront portion of the second floor and the third floor along with oceanfront decks. There are 4 homes in total on an oceanfront lot.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs if another guest is arriving or departing that day.

There is a two car garage for this home in the north building (3753) that is marked #2.
If you have more vehicles or over-sized vehicles, you may find a spot on Mission Blvd, but parking is limited. Be mindful of street parking restrictions!
We loved staying at the incredible ocean front house. The unit was even better than described, with beautiful ocean views, multiple decks, and plenty of room for our family of four. The house was very clean and the location was amazing! This was our second time staying at the house and we look forward to future visits.
The property was really spacious and had nice style for an oceanfront property. Good decks and living room/kitchen area. Big closet and bathroom in the master suite were appreciated.
We had a great stay for our family celebrating our anniversary. Would love to stay again.
We stayed at this property for several days during the early summer. Overall, the property was clean and well-kept. We ran into some issues with the refrigerator leaking water and creating puddles on the floor as well as the oven not functioning properly. We lay a towel down in front of the refrigerator while we were there and contacted the property manager. They offered to have somebody come and check it out, but we did not want to have someone in the property while we were staying there. The oven wouldn’t come to temperature, which could have been a bigger problem for us than it ended up being, as we have a lot of food sensitivities/allergies in the family . However, thankfully, the food offerings in the area were diverse, and we ate out more than we expected. Again, when we contacted the property manager about it, they offered to send somebody, but we did refuse it as we were scheduled to leave the next morning. Their communication was always fairly prompt. Check in and check out was very easy, there were plenty of linens and pillows and towels. There were a couple of beach chairs in the garage to use, as well as a vacuum. I had wondered if we would run into a lot of homelessness given the complaints I’ve heard about other areas of the state, there was some present, but not immediately where we were located. There were lots of places to eat, grab a cup of coffee, etc. nearby. We used Doordash several times and never had any issues with delivery.

The place was in a perfect spot on the beach and walking distance to lots to do. Listing says a second bed in BR 4 that wasn’t there, luckily we had one less person than expected so it worked ok. The condo is really nice inside with plenty for our group of 4 adults and 3 college age kids.

We spent a delightful week at this ocean front duplex on the 2nd and 3rd level which provided privacy and comfort. Beds were very comfortable and clean, nice big dining table for all to gather. Management was quick to respond and take care of simple needs.

This property is wonderful! It is spacious, with wonderful ocean views from multiple levels. It was clean and the kitchen was relatively well stocked. The management company was very helpful and responsive to our needs, with one exception. The dryer did not work during our 6 nights there. By the time we finally found out (just before a weekend) that the dryer was beyond immediate repair, their only solution was for us to use a public laundromat. We then conducted a google search, which led us to an excellent same day weekend pick up/drop off laundry service, which saved the day. This would have been a 5 stars experience if the management company had not dropped this ball.
