OCEANFRONT CORNER SUITE IN BEAUTIFUL PACIFIC BEACH

The host was very responsive and brought over what we needed quickly. The view was amazing! Great view on two sides of the building, clear view of the whole coastline. Was great to hear the waves crashing all night long. Laundry down the hall took quarters or credit cards via an app. The pool temp was nice and hot tub great. Great location. Restaurants and grocery store very walkable.

Gorgeous views, very clean, well supplied. Would love to have nicer shampoo, more tea towels (there was just one), a teapot, and more lighting in the back bedroom. It was in the 50s when we were there and we really appreciated the space heater and many fleece blankets. King bed was great, can't speak to the queens our kids used but there were no complaints. Appreciated the Mrs. Meyer's soaps. We have stayed at Capri by the Sea many times to visit local family and this is one of the better condos we have tried.

Excellent. Would stay here again.

THE VIEW. Yes, in all caps. Love that there’s luggage carts, and the parking space is next to the elevator.

The views were perfect and the location was exactly what we were hoping for. Next to the water but away from the night life. Having everything we needed for a day at the beach was a huge plus.

The beach view is wonderful. Listening to the sound of waves made sleep time lovely. The property is in a great location - walkable to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm.

I would give a 4.5 star if able to, but we had a great time in PB & recommend this unit.Pros: The view from this unit is AMAZING! The location is great & easily walkable to restaurants & shops. The parking space was large & right across from the elevator which was convenient. Everything you need for a day at the beach like beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, wakeboards & kids beach toys were supplied. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn't cook. The beds were comfortable. Check in was easy. Matthew was responsive .Cons: One of the bedroom doors didn't close.There were no screens on the sliding glass doors or in the window in the bedroom which was not ideal since you need to keep the doors open to keep the place cool. We were lucky until the last night when a huge bug flew in & it was a pain to get him out. The fans in both bathrooms didn't work. One of the floor boards in the living room was raised which could be a tripping hazard. The rooftop deck was a disappointment. The pool was ok, but you have to walk about a 1/2 block to get there.The washer/dryer is not in the unit, but shared w/other units on the floor. The cost to wash/dry was reasonable though.

The property was clean and had a great location - right on the beach and by a boardwalk. The main TV was good quality. However, the door to the property was really difficult to open and close and lock, most doors didn’t shut all the way, the sliding doors did not lock either. One kitchen cabinet door was falling off. The listing said there were balconies, but you could barely stand on them they were so small. The Keurig only worked if we pressed down on it really hard the entire time and a lot of things could use some updates.

We enjoyed our stay, we love this condo, some attention needed is 2nd bedroom the lights did not work, check the bulbs maybe? One outlet in this bedroom worked on and off, it’s located right by the bedroom door, the window in this bedroom did not open, could not get the fresh ocean air, we still loved the place!

Great location.

Location was amazing! Very well organized if you were going to have a beach day- chairs, toys available. Downside: We only had one key for 3 adults and you needed a key to come and go. There was no coffee maker or kettle, just a keurig machine (we brought coffee). Only one drinking glass, one wine glass… kitchen was a bit limited… but again- view was perfection!

All 4 adults enjoyed our stay. Located perfectly for walking, breakfast, lunch, dinner and night life. Watch for dolphins and seals playing.

Property was old but clean and well kept. Location and views were just as advertised. Pool area was great. Location couldn't have been better

The condo had a great location. But we had some issues. There was no WiFi and communication with the owner was nonexistent. This was a major problem since we were trying to book excursions online. Also, hair dryer and coffee maker didn’t work.

Our stay was great. Other than the place needing some upgrades and fixing a few things, the location makes up for everything.Great place to stay at with front ocean view and great location

Visited 4 weeks in February. Apartment was clean & comfortable. Beautiful ocean views looking west & north. Grocery, shops, & restaurants in walking distance. Communication with host was excellent. Hope to stay here again.

Overall good quality and nice of them to have some beach equipment / boards and chairs to use. Did have a few light bulbs out, and some outlet plugs have some issues. Having two bigger TV's were also nice. Certainly relaxing to sleep to the sounds of the waves at night. Good location besides the beach for restaurants and other shops.

This is a beautiful place. Clean and bright. Check-in was simple and it included a fantastic parking spot. Very secure and truly remarkable views.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit in Capri by the Sea. Wonderful space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We used the boogie boards and chairs provided everyday. Also loved the rooftop grills to use. The view cannot be beat anywhere in north PB. Parking space is very convenient and fits a large vehicle. Easy walk to the beach and Kona's for coffee/breakfast. We loved it and will definitely stay here again!!!

This Vrbo could’ve been great, but a few issues made it disappointing. It is a nice location but it’s very busy with a lot of 20 something’s. Since the condo didn’t have air conditioning you had to leave the sliding doors and windows open to stay cool, which did not have screens to keep out bugs, and the skunky aroma of marijuana was not nice to fall asleep to. The address we were given by the host wasn’t correct so we spent half hour trying to find the place; including the name of the building could’ve helped. The actual condo needs to be updated, but only including one wash cloth and one blanket in a 2bed 2bath condo is not right. Also when you have a condo on the beach a vacuum or at least a broom should be a requirement. So in all I would not recommend this Vrbo and would not stay there again.

Loved it and will definitely be back. The location was perfect for strolls to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants etc. Parking was fantastic! Big enough for the whole family, 6 total.
