Oceanfront Corner Condo.Wraparound Balcony.Ocean Reef 311 -

We are seniors and have stayed at many many condos over the years. This unit was far and above the most completely equipped one we’ve ever seen. Everything we needed was there, and in large quantities, such as towels, kitchen items and all paper products. Many personal care items also included. Very tastefully decorated with upscale furnishings.

Bed was too soft. No mattress and box springs.

Very well equipped. A bit expensive, but the rooms and chairs, and balcony overlooking the ocean gave value for the price. The only downside, which kept it from top rating, was too soft bed. My back ached a bit after a week because of the bed.

Communication with owner was outstanding. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. Amazing views of ocean and beach. Unit was very clean and well stocked with towels, chairs and umbrella. Laundry in unit so no need to travel with a suitcase of dirty clothes. Kitchen had all the necessities, and more. Would definitely stay again.

This rental was just awesome, from the location, ocean views, and the condo itself were just perfect. The condo was so well equipped, from everything you could want, even beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Hopefully we’ll be able to return sometime in the future!

All was as expected

This is a very comfortable unit with everything you need a splendid, relaxing vacation. It’s on a lovely stretch of beach - and the downtown Flagler Street area with its restaurants, coffeehouses and shops is just a 20 minute walk north along the sand. Back at the complex, the pool is a great option, and you’re just minutes from grocery stores, drug stores and other retail. The host and property manager were great about sharing information on activities in the area, including reminders about space shots - we observed three from the beach during our stay, including a spectacular night launch. Great place to rest and relax.

Lori was very gracious in making sure our check in went smoothly and we had all of the information we needed in addition to providing lots of helpful local information.The condo is an older complex but our unit has been nicely updated and furnished with everything we needed and much more. Our corner unit with huge glass sliding doors provided outstanding views of the beach and ocean. Large pool area is right on the beach with lots of room to kick back and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The balcony of this particular condo wraps around the corner so you get beautiful beach views on two sides of the open floor plan condo, living room and kitchen. There’s a TV and comfy couch for staying in if the weather gets bad (the place is so nice you’re gonna be great if you have to stay in!? But it’s the beach and you’re right on it with a lovely pool, get out there and enjoy it !

This is a beautiful unit. Plenty of 'extras' stocked such as coffee, paper goods, etc. Kitchen is stocked as if you live there permanently! The property manager provided plenty of information on grocery stores, restaurants, the surroundings. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great condo! Had elevator issues a couple of times, but the condo itself was very nice! Would book again. Great communication for everything!

Check- in was easy and we were able to check in early. That was great. The kitchen was well furnished with everything you could possibly want to prepare meals. We only ate dinner in one night but had all dishes/cookware for prepping and cooking. Coffee pot, toaster, blender all available for breakfasts and much more.

It was a great location, well stocked with towels dishes, etc. The owners were super responsive and helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Just bring your bags and everything else. Is provided. We hope to visit again!

Well equipped and great ocean view

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at Ocean Reef! The host was very responsive and super nice. The place was clean and exactly what we had expected based on the pictures provided. Would definitely stay again!

The condo is ideally located steps from the beach and the view from the wrap-around balcony is wonderful.The condo is so well-equipped if you plan on doing any cooking. You can even see the beach from the kitchen!

Great location and really good condo. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. Check in was easy, the condo was well stocked and communication was smooth. We were steps from the beach, the condo had plenty of chairs and beach items to use. The pool on site was also well kept and we enjoyed it. Everyone was friendly. We'll definitely rent here again!

Found this condo on Vrbo. It was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well stocked with supplies. Great location right on the beach, pool was nice also . Very easy communication with the owners also. Would definitely rent again.

Good place to kick back and relax

The condo unit was perfect for our three day getaway. Check in directions were sent in a timely manner and were easily followed. The property was clean and well kept. The furnishings are a little older and outdated but they are clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was that the pictures on the listing didn’t show the sandbags from the last storm. The view was otherwise beautiful.

My wife and I have used this unit three times after staying at the Islander Beach Resort for several years. This is our favorite place to stay in New Smyrna Beach. You can’t beat the location and the hosts are fantastic. They promptly answered all of our questions and concerns. The view from the balcony is awesome! This unit provides everything you need and is always very clean. The only concern we had was with the shower door getting stuck in the track. Otherwise, our stay was perfect; especially after hurricane Helene and Milton. You can’t beat the price, location, unit, and hosts.
