Stayed Jul 27, 2025The room was cute and worked fine for our stay, but we were unable to do laundry which was very disappointing. The washer is from 1981 or 1993...I googled the serial number. Not a joke. 30-40 years old. It fills with water then sits and either shuts off completely until you mess with the dial, or just drains. No agitation, no actual washing of the clothes. It holds about 3-4 towels and when you finally can get them out, the dryer takes about an hour and a half to dry them. 3 towels. Don't get me started on the mold in the washer. The bed is so firm, it's convex and the couch sags. The first plate I pulled out was clearly not washed. It was fine and otherwise clean, and worked for our stay. We would definitely not rebook this unit though the resort itself was nice.
