Stayed Aug 21, 2025The condo is clean, maintained well, and was perfect for what we needed. Having the convenience of a kitchen and laundry was great for our 10 day stay. The location is within walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops and surf shops. The view from the 3rd floor balcony is stunning, we watched the sunrise almost daily from the balcony. Building is secure from the beach, locked gate entrance from the beach itself. My daughters and I felt very safe in this location and the condo itself. Max did a great job communicating about check-in and out. He also checked on us during our stay to make sure all was going well. He offered suggestions on things to do as well-fantastic host.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025The condo was very nice and close to the beach with an amazing view. Saw a few satellite launches fromthe patio. Within walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Max was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed!

Stayed Jul 22, 2024The place is great, right on the beach with a fantastic view of the ocean. The condo is well maintained; very clean and up to date - everything worked perfectly. There were more things within walking distance than I expected but honestly everything we wanted to do (Ron Jon's, the Dinosaur Store, the pier, restaurants, ice cream, etc.) is all within a 10 minute drive. The only exception was the Kennedy Space Center, which is maybe 25-30 minutes away, but even then, we could still see the SpaceX launch from the beach at the condo!
