Stayed Oct 12, 2024The view is amazing and the property looks just as listed. All appliances and TVs worked great, and my family enjoyed the provided board games. We loved the beach and caught a few fish from shore. Pools and club are great. However, the smell in the closets that permeated the rest of the apartment was pretty bad. It the unit must have experienced water damage some time in the past because the moldy, musty smell is overpowering, particularly in the closets adjoining the HVAC room. Great location and unit with one glaring negative. If they get that smell squared away, it'd be 5 stars.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Perfect location with spacious balcony including a six person table for meals right on the beach. Three bedrooms accommodated our family of 6 nicely. Loved the full kitchen. Had issues with one shower drain but it was resolved in a timely manner. Had one cockroach.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024This is the third time we've rented VRBO in Cinnamon Beach. Very nice condo with a spectacular view. We stayed for ten days and really had a wonderful time. Some ticky-tack critique items for the condo but nothing significant to deal with. It could use a slight freshen up with some rust showing on the AC intakes/outlets and the windows need cleaning. But other than that it was well stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking equipment. Maintenance actually delivered a new refrigerator during our stay which took about 10 minutes. I didn't notice anything wrong with the old one so it is obvious the owners are staying on top of maintenance and equipment updates. We really enjoyed everything!!
