Stayed Nov 5, 2025The unit had everything we needed and it was clean. The view of the ocean was fantastic. The management office was very accommodating. The negatives were the living room furniture was not comfortable and the first day and 1/2 there were bull dozers spreading sand due to beach restoration. I know this is beyond the control of the owner and mgt co. So not complaining just our unfortunate luck. We did spend time at the adult heated pool which was very enjoyable.All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Feb 16, 2025Condo well appointed, kitchen well equipped. several maintainence issues during our stay. Guest bath had no hot water in tub which was repaired. Clothes dryer took forever to dry clothing. Even after the vent was cleaned not much improvement. Both pools on the were gorgeous.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Beautiful place and location. A wonderful time! Just a few minor things. Metal plate that drains water in master shower was loose and kept coming off. Just needs to be sealed. My son and daughter Inlaw stayed in front room Queen bed. When they got in it sank down. Took both mattresses off and saw metal rods were not screwed to boards. We fixed it and bed is good and stable. We left a day early due to storm. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024Stayed 7/15-7/19/24 and the beach was not crowded, condo was spacious and clean. The condo is located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. Would recommend for a nice quiet family stay.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024This condo was perfect for our needs. Close enough to the beach or the pool, a short walk to either. Wondeful sunrise views from the balcony, very clean and spacious. The cafe at the pool was absolutely wonderful. Cassie, Tonda, Megan and Bane are awesome and will take great care of you at the pool cafe. The old fashions are perfect. We will most definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone that made our trip amazing.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Beautiful views of the ocean. Enjoyed the patio and the spacious living area . Couch not real comfy tho . We didn’t like the rocks in the ocean in front of the resort but we had a fun and enjoyable trip otherwise.
