My family has been vacationing at the Aqua Condominiums in Panama City Beach for a dozen years, renting 4-5 condos at a time. This was my first time to rent a smaller condo by myself and I loved having my privacy. As a grammy, I enjoyed having my own one-bedroom getaway condo, so I could relax after a busy day with the family. Unit 310 was a nice surprise with beachy decor, and very clean and neat with newer furniture and appliances. The 3rd-floor view was gorgeous and just high enough to avoid feeling dizzy. I liked having access to the 3rd floor elevator. Only one suggestion from this senior citizen: please add 3 grab bars to the shower so I don't have to hold on to the recessed soap dish. Other than that, only accolades!

The condo was exactly how we envisioned! Easy check in/check out process! I would rent from this specific host anytime!

First of all I would like to say AMAZING!!! The hosts are great. Answer any questions in 5 minutes or less. Had an issue with the garbage disposal and they had someone out the next day. Also the hair dryer only worked on low. The guy who came to fix the disposal said he would see if he could get one to replace, if he could he would drop off. He didn't but it was ok i just did the beach blown hair, lol. The view was amazing!!! The bed was soooo comfortable. There is some wear ( scuff marks on walls, corners have a dent) put in my opinion it's expected. So quite, didnt hear neighbors( if there was any)or anyone outside. Loved how there was luggage carts to bring in and out your belongings. I highly recommend staying here. Will definitely rent again!

Absolutely one of the best vondos we have stayed in and i mean Auqa. The room. Was beautiful enough space for my whole family.

The location is perfect! Easy parking (especially if you park on the third level, walk across the bridge, your unit is on the same level)! Third floor is such a plus! Walking distance to all sorts of popular restaurants and nightlife. The master bed is very comfortable. Bunk beds were comfortable. Only a couple of concerns. The code to the common areas wasn’t what they gave us. The pool gate required a #, the beach gate did not. The fridge wouldn’t cool. Cleaned the coils and it ran like a champ. The pull out couch is not comfortable (better to just sleep on the couch). The bunk room window shade is see through (we clipped a beach towel over it). Otherwise, it was awesome!

Calm and relaxing with stunning views. I really enjoyed the location of the condo at the level of the sky bridge. My grandchildren loved the balcony and the views from the bedroom and living room. The cafe was also very convenient! Perfect distance from the pier also. Such a nice place overall! We really enjoyed watching the development of a thunderstorm when the shelf clouds came in!

The room was lovely and a great set up. Everything was very clean. I do wish communication regarding some of the amenities had been clearer. There is no housekeeping and you are given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no extra trash bags. I don’t mind that, I just wish the listing had explicitly said that. The onsite bar/restaurant serves only two breakfast options (bacon/egg/cheese biscuit or burrito) and it closed at 6 pm every night. There were some other options around in walking distance.

Excellent view, excellent beach, very nice pool. 3rd floor is great for access to garage and quick access to main floor. Beach side of complex is perfect but street side is loud and full of traffic at times. Great place overall

View was great. Location is close to Pier Park. Unit coulduse some cosmetic help. There was a cracked tile in kitchen and one in master bathroom. Could use paint touchups. It was clean and the customer service was fantastic.

It was just my husband & I and it was great. Space to move around, make food and enjoy the view. Location was perfect walking distance to many attractions. We would stay here again.

I haven’t been to PCB in several years. We will definitely go back. This was our first time to stay at Aqua. Very nice complex and loved our direct view of the beach.
