Oceanfront Condo - Top Floor - Pet Friendly!

The property itself is beautiful but the cleanliness needs alot of improvement! The floors had'nt been cleaned or carpets vacuumed! There was also hair around the toilet in one of the bathrooms! Chair on balcony broken,,,TV in the living room was'nt working as it had been set up to play games so my son in law walked me through how to fix it over the phone using the phone cameras! Also lamp in the bedroom was broken and there was alot of dust around on the hanging lamps in the kitchen etc

We love the location and it was pretty clean except we found what looked like a few dog hairs on the bedding. Kitchen was stocked with all the stuff you would need to make your breakfast, lunch or dinner (pots,pans,dishes and drinkware) would definitely recommend bring home the beqcon.

Chill space, great view and good price. Loved that we could bring our dog! Her favorite spot was the balcony! Public beach access was less than a 5 minute walk!

We were looking for a place right on the beach to stay with our dog for one night. It was the perfect fit for that. However if cleanliness is very important to you this is probably not the spot for you. But if you’re low maintenance like us it’s a great budget stay in a great spot.

The property is unassuming from the outside, but close to the beach with easy access and great amenities - an indoor pool, game room, laundry facilities, etc. I appreciated that there were outdoor foot spray/spigots outfitted to help rinse sand. This unit was updated and extremely clean - kudos to the housekeeping team! It was definitely more spacious that we were expecting and perfectly suited our family of 3 a puppy. Parking is limited and crowded (peak season), but we were always able to find a spot (even with a full-sized truck). Communication from the property was exceptional!!

We had an incredible time with this property. Incredible ocean views from the patio. Unit was clean, and updated. It was the perfect home base for out 3-day visit to Oregon Coast.

Nice view of the ocean, easy access to the beach, dog friendly, and bed was very comfy. Only downsides were parking is tight for a truck on busy wkends and third floor is alot of stairs if you have issues with them. We didnt mind the exercise.

The rental was roomy. It desperately need a detailed cleaning. The sofa and rugs smelled of wet dogs. When you clean, don't just wipe down, actually clean with sanitizing cleaners. The overall condition of the property has greatly decreased since our first stay there. The furniture should be replaced with material that can be easily cleaned, and the carpet rugs need to be cleaned often or taken out. Do better!

We recently enjoyed several days at this property. There is easy access to the beach for long walks. In this instance the weather didn’t cooperate for walking, but we did enjoy the great views from the condo for watching the big waves crashing. The condo was very clean. The kitchen is adequately stocked with dishes, pans, etc. so that we were able to cook a lot while we were there. The bed was comfortable, the showers had good water pressure. The living room area was a bit dark, as it appeared that a lamp that should have been there was broken and was in a closet. There is a top light, but that’s a bit much if you’re watching TV in the evening. Other than that we loved our stay and would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay, the place was clean and well stocked. The bed was so very comfortable . There was many nice touches. Toys and games also DVds. I would have loved to given 5 stars but I kept one back as the sofa really needs replacing.

Cozy condo with a lovely view. Close to HWY 101 and private access to the beach. House keeping needs a bit of improvement. Wish jacuzzi worked properly. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet stay for us. Nice laundry, indoor pool, pet potty area. No bedside lamps in Bedroom.

The property was clean on arrival. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed for cooking. We used the murphy bed as well as the bedroom and everyone slept great. The ocean view from the window and balcony is incredible. Be prepared for a 7-10 minute walk to the nearest stores. The only minor nitpick is that we couldn't find any dishwasher tablets or extra garbage bags. Not a huge deal as my friends had lots of extra supplies.

We really enjoyed out time at this place. Quiet and friendly staff.

Really great location and the unit was clean and beautifully appointed. I did leave a message with the management company and have never received a call back which was a little disappointing.

Bathrooms where very clean, but not the rest. Be nice to have spices. Good stay…
