Beach House 415 is a 3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront, corner condo, with a private balcony that has views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Located within the Beachside Colony Resort complex, enjoy resort-style living with two community pools, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant "The Deck" featuring unique coastal cuisine. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the YMCA and Library. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several popular restaurants.
Watch the sunrise outside from two private balconies, or stay indoors and wake up to the sunrise view from the comfort of your primary bedroom. The living room is comfortably furnished, and access to the covered balcony, a flat-screen TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The dining table has seating for 5, and there are 3 seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a stacked washer and dryer in the hallway.
Each of the bedrooms offers fresh furnishings and can accommodate traveling couples or a family nicely. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King, and a flat-screen TV, a private balcony with ocean views, and has an attached primary bath with dual vanity and a whirlpool tub/shower combination. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a King bed and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom has an ensuite shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination and is also accessed through the hall. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV.
This condo has wireless internet for guest use. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

Pictures are a bit deceiving. Thought we would have a better view of the beach. Palm trees were too tall to have a good view. Maybe update the beach view pictures online.

Condo was as described. Right on the beach. Clean and comfortable
We had a great time and found the property to be exactly as described. Actually, it felt more spacious in person. Our group consisted of 2 adults and 2 college-age teens so there was plenty of room for us all to spread out at the end of the day. Being oceanfront was definitely our favorite feature. Listening to the ocean every night was priceless and the sunrises were amazing. The only thing I would say to others is since this property is on the first level and at the end of the building you do see a lot of foot traffic from the boardwalk/public access path. It did not bother us since we were there off-peak but if you are seeking more solitude it might not be to your liking. Although this property was A+ I think next time I'd get a unit on an upper level to get an even more magnificent view.
I absolutely loved this property it was beautiful & quiet. I also highly recommend eating at Stingray seafood the food and service was amazing! Me and my family were happy with everything.
This property is not bad but for what they charge for rent it should be better. We enjoyed our stay but there were some issues. When we checked in we noticed a towel bar had been torn off the wall and only 1/2 repair. We encounter numerous 'bugs' the 1st few days we were there. The window in the front bed room leaked and soaked the carpet. The 'view' for an ocean front condo consisted of palm trees and basically nothing else. The 'fully equipped' kitchen was a joke. Pots and pans were scarce. The 3 non-stick frying pans were unusable do to scratched an peeling non-stick coating. Cooking utensils were also the bare minimum and there was not even a hand mixer. I will say that the beds and pillows were the best of any property I've ever rented and I've rented a lot. Overall it wasn't a bad place but it was not worth the rent they charge in my opinion. The location was good and the walk to the beach was easy. Just know that if you rent this condo, there is no view to speak of and be prepared to get most of your meals. out.
Wanted a quiet condo on the waterfront that was not crowded due to the pandemic. Wanted to avoid crowded lobbies and elevators an this property checked all of the boxes. Overall clean and well maintained- just dusty. Good amenities with TV's, kitchen and comfortable bedding.

This condo was wonderful! Stocked well. We loved sitting on the patio watching the waves! The sounds was heavenly! Beds were nice! Just needs a vacuum cleaner. The location was the best. Down the stairs, out the gate and to the beach. IMG_9550.mov So much fun!
Can't beat a nice clean property on the beach! We had a 10 day working vacation from the condo, even bringing our printer. The only negative was the pool being closed two or three days into our stay and we gave feedback on that separately as there could have been accommodations to not close down altogether. This was our first time staying away from the south beach area and having The Deck restaurant here was a plus. Going down to the pier area was so easy and it was quieter here too. We would definitely return IF the pool were open. Inside the condo I just wish there had been screens on the patio doors. Otherwise everything was perfect and spacious!
