Oceanfront Condo on New Smyrna Beach

Beautiful 1 bedroom condo looking over the two pools and ocean. Condo was furnished nicely and had a very comfortable bed.

We have stayed at this condo several times and always enjoy it immensely. Everything is there that you could possibly need and the view is perfect. Can’t wait to return.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to booking this one in the future if it’s available. A little odd with not having blinds in the main living room, but not a big deal at all. One of the best if not the best unit I have stayed in over the last 15 years.

Beautiful condo with fun decor and exceptionally clean. Host was excellent with communication. Location is ideal on a beautiful beach with lots of great restaurants nearby. Check in/out was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

It was our 30th wedding anniversary and our stay was fantastic. The condo was just perfect in every way. We would definitely want to stay there again. A wonderful memory!

This property is my go-to property anytime i am in New Smyrna! 2 stays and another on the books.. They have EVERYTHING you may need. Pool and beach Amazing. The view out of the balcony from the sliding glass window hands down the best spot for the sunrise. Deb is the most amazing host..i have nothi g but A for this property! We have stayed in New Smyrna many times over the past years, but this is the first time we stayed this far from Flagler Avenue. We weren't sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised! We enjoyed the heated pool and loved the view from the patio. The Pelican facility is very well taken care of! The pool was cleaned every morning and sand was sprayed off the steps to the beach every morning. Very impressive! It was nice being on the beach without all the crowds. We also enjoyed the walks we took down to Breakers for lunch and checked out all the shops on Flagler. When we had questions Debbie responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again! Everything was perfect!

Great property! Very well kept and location is awesome! Grounds and pool spectacular. Grills to BBQ outside very handy. View from the balcony never gets old. I would highly recommend. Two minor issues were the outdated passcode on the fridge for access to the outdoor grounds. Waited till the morning and the office gave us the new one. Other minor issue was an extra parking pass was supposed to be left for our guests visiting one of the days. It was not. Owner responded quickly and this was resolved. Overall i would rent this unit again without hesitation! .

Our second time at this condo. Very clean. Has everything needed for a week stay. Love sitting out and enjoying the view. Can’t wait to come back!

One week was not enough! It truly felt 100% relaxing with a million dollar view. This condo is at the top of my list of Favorites for sure. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated in a peaceful beach vibe aesthetic. The bed is wonderful!! and the condo is located close to so many restaurants and fin places to visit.

This unit is advertised, very convenient location and very comfortable! We will be back!

As a prior condo owner in New Smyrna Beach, I only wish my condo was this nice...beautiful tile floors, comfortable furnishings, beautiful shower....great location... fantastic view of ocean.... Owner great to correspond with....

This unit was gorgeous! Every area in the condo is renovated, and it is very well equipped. The view from the porch is beautiful and in a great location to see the pool. Also conveniently located near the elevator for easy access back and forth to the pool and beach. We have already booked our stay here for next year!
