Oceanfront Condo Near Pier with Views & Heated Pool

Nice property

The apartment was clean with an amazing view. The location is perfect, and check-in was easy. The manager, Zarah, responded to messages quickly. The small issue- the garbage disposal in the kitchen was a bit annoying — when you close it with the protective cover, the water and debris don’t drain at all, but when you open it, all the waste and water go straight into the pipe. I’d recommend getting a mesh strainer.I would reccomend this apartment!

Everything was exceptional!! Stocked nicely, clean, great communication, easy instructions, beds comfortable. Loved it!

The condo was beautiful and the view was even better than the pictures. The location was perfect, right by the pier with great food and shops.

This unit was great! A few minor cleanliness things but I handled them on my own when we arrived. Very creaky master bed. Any small movement

Great location. Nice roof deck. Well kept facilities. Host/property manager was great with ideas during our stay. Unit was well furnished for our 4 member family. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau by the Sea. The unit was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Zarek responded very quickly when we had questions. The pool was awesome! We love the location and comfort of the chateau by the sea! Being able to walk right out to the beach every day was our favorite part! Having the ocean view right out our deck was the other favorite. Walking to the pier also a big win. Property was clean and family-friendly!

We spent a week with family in multiple units at the Chateau by the sea which was really enjoyable! The rentals are clean, sufficient with linens, towels, beach gear, most kitchen essentials, etc. our view of the ocean from our unit made the trip. Highly recommended staying here, we will be back. Taylor from mgmt was beyond accommodating, responsive and communicative throughout our entire experience which we really appreciated.

The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and efficient as a home away from home. We have been here all week and leave tomorrow. It's our 1st time staying here. We have already made our reservation for next year. We've always loved coming to Cocoa Beach, but love it even more now that we have found Chateau By The Sea. Kudos to the kindness of the staff and to Kelsy for being so attentive to so many things. We're already excited about returning next year.
