Excellent oceanfront condo just steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach.

Great location to be able to walk everywhere! Pool was great, it had a great view and access to the beach. The condo had all of the amenities to make the stay enjoyable. The only recommendation I would have is to upgrade the mattress and pillows, they made it hard to sleep comfortably.

Great location, amazing views. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent location in the Coligny Plaza area. Easy walk to restaurants and other activities. Easy access to beach.

Pros: Great location, nice TV, close to beach, near Coligny Plaza with great beach, restaurants and shops. Cons: Cockroach in the tub. Contacted the rental agent and he at the exterminator worked. Screen door to the balcony would not stay on track. Maintenance man said they would need to get a new one. Condo needed to be painted. The bathroom doors are very narrow. Would not come back.

Nice place on par with other beachfront condos. Conveniently located to many restaurants and the park. Parking was great but could have been a bit tricky during a busier time of year.

Everything about the process and the property was great... except... we expected a quiet time listening to the ocean. A few hundred yards away is a tiki hut bar that featured live music constantly from 11AM to 10PM. We could not hear the ocean. I wish we had known this in advance. If one wants a party atmosphere, this is an excellent choice.

Location is incredible. We enjoyed watching deer in the dunes most every evening. The view was beautiful.The walk to the beach was easy. The condo was clean except for ceiling fans and room fans, the bathroom mirrors and some very dusty places on the floor. That being said, the kitchen, and appliances were very clean. Furniture in the family room area looked new. The condo could use some updating, especially for the weekly cost. : black stuff on the master ceiling, chipping paint on baseboards and doors, and the shower stall in the master is virtually impossible to keep from leaking,even when following directions on the door. The second bedroom smelled very musty and got worse with all of the rain. It was the only area of the condo that smelled that way, so not sure what the cause is. If you have a mold/mildew allergy like I do, the sofa may be a better place to sleep. The sofas were EXTREMELY comfortable! The bunk beds aren’t really suited for an adult..mattresses on them were not comfy at all, but I think they would be ok for a kid. As a side note that is no reflection on the owner at all, is that with all of the heavy rain we had, the walkway to the beach flooded right by the gate to the beach. It was mid shin deep and after the third day of it just sitting, was stinky and honestly probably not healthy to walk through. Again, the owner has nothing to do with that, but I think the management company could address that. Overall we were pleased with our stay!

The location is everything, but the apartment could use updating. The TV in the main living area is very old and uses regular cable as well as the one in the master bedroom I am so used to my smart tv at home it wasn’t ideal but they worked. The third bedroom had a smart tv. The cabinets in the kitchen seemed like the original and the overall appearance of the apartment was very dated. I will say the two reclining couches were very comfortable. The pool at the property was well maintained as was the grounds. The beach was only about 275ft from the complex and we definitely enjoyed the beach and the pool. One morning we saw dolphins swimming from the deck while drinking coffee it was very nice. The property could also use an air fryer there wasn’t one, and new broom and dust pan they were very old and additional dishwasher tabs and large garbage bags. The complex was centrally located to all the good restaurants. Definitely think about renting beach chairs,shibumi shade and a cart it was definitely worth it for the beach days I used low country bike and beach rentals they delivered the equipment quickly and it was well maintained and the weather this week in June 22-29 was literally perfect 85-90’s and lots of sunshine. It was our first time to Hilton Head and and the whole family enjoying it very much.

This property has a lot of pros: beach access, clear view of the ocean, clean community pool, next to tons of restaurants, parks and shops. We biked everywhere. Only downside was no rugs or carpet in unit which left a lot of sand constantly on the floor, no washer and dryer in unit and live music venue next door that plays music nightly 8-10pm. It was kid friendly and comfortable fit our family of 6.
