Oceanfront condo in Panama City Beach, REMODELED 3BR, ideal for 10 guests.

Overall, a very good experience. The room was spacious, the AC worked well, included washer and dryer, and the water was hot and lots of water pressure. You have to be careful with the week you book due to some school's spring break schedule. Had we stayed the prior week, I am sure it would not have been as enjoyable. Lots of police presence on our check-in day due to the visitors of that week, who would be checking out the following day.

The unit was great for our multi-family vacation. Plenty of room with some privacy for all. We were a party of eight and had plenty for room. We love Long Beach! The chairs provided on the beach were a nice perk!

Fans were dirty. Doors were dirty. Sliding glass door was extremely hard to open even after we cleaned out lots of crud from the tracks and bought silicone spray for it. Kitchen not stocked well. No vent fans in bathrooms. Middle bedroom stayed hot. Ond dead cockroach upon checking in and another live giant one another day. We have stayed in many units at this resort and we love Long Beach, but will not stay in this unit again.

The condo is amazing… very comfortable… you might to bring extra shower towels just in case you like to shower every time you come from the beach… they do have towels for all 10 guests! Amazing view and very easy checking and out!

Had a wonderful vacation with our kids and grandkids! The condo was perfect for our family with gorgeous views of the beach from living room and all bedrooms. We were in tower 3 and grandkids had a great time in the lagoon pool as well as on the beach. Enjoyed lunch and drinks at the Hangout by the pool. The 2 beach chairs with umbrella were great and used every day! Very close to many restaurants and shopping. LOTS OF TRAFFIC so allow extra time to get to a reservation. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and full size washer and dryer came in handy. The only thing missing was a travel bed for a baby which other condos I have rented always had. It would also be nice if there were a few games and beach toys for kids. Overall the condo was clean and had plenty of seating in the living room and dining room for our whole family. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean. Even saw some dolphins one morning! Easy to communicate with Kim's Condos. I would definitely recommend this unit!

We stayed in this beautiful condo with our son and a few of his senior friends. It was a great location! The beach access was awesome and the multiple pools were fantastic. Tons of food options within walking distance. It seemed to be the calm end of the strip so it was never overly crowded or rowdy. The boys had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy all the best that Panama Beach has to offer! We’ll be back in a few years when our other son and his buddies want to have their senior spring break.

The condo was great. Loved the fact that all 3 bedrooms had gorgeous views. The cupboards and baseboards needed a good cleaning.

Property as advertised. Property manager was very responsive.

The condo itself was mediocre, at best. BUT THE VIEW!! THATS WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Most of our time was spent on the patio. The 1st night, the showers ran cold very quickly into showering. There was also a weird smell inside the condo. Overall, the stay was good. There were no trashcans hardly in the condo, none in the bedrooms or the kitchen. There was also no seasonings of condiments there, which wasn't noted, so we didn't cook while there.
