Oceanfront Condo Complex - Luxury condo, 2/2, allergy-friendly/no pets

Very impressed. The condo was very clean, there were comfortable beds, a great shower, a beautiful view of the ocean. Exactly as described by the listing. Excellent communication with the host Everything about this was top notch. Our host also included a number of thoughtful amenities that really set this place apart from others. It's a pleasure staying with someone who really cares about your enjoying your stay. We would highly recommend Mexico Beach if you're looking for a slower pace and some real relaxation and this condo if you're looking for a gem. We'll be back....

Beautiful,quiet, not crowded, short walk to a beautiful beach! All the amenities you can imagine from beach towels, to beach chairs, a shibumi tent, every kitchen item you’d need! Tammy was quick to answer any question I had . Highly recommend, this will be the only place we’ll come back to!

The condo was perfect for a quiet getaway , everything was clean and the owner was very accommodating . Very pleased with everything, would definitely book with her again .

The condo was spotless and thoughtfully stocked—even beach essentials like chairs and a Shibumi were provided. Located in a convenient area with grocery stores and restaurants within 20 minutes or less, it made for a smooth and relaxing stay. It was truly a lovely place to stay—comfortable, easy, and enjoyable from start to finish.

I stayed with a girlfriend for the weekend while looking for property in Mexico Beach. The location was perfect (right on the beach), super clean, well stocked, and easy check-in process. Extraordinary view from the balcony. Would recommend to anyone!

This condo is top notch! Beautiful furnishings, impressive art, and SO clean. We chose this one because it’s right on the beach but it far exceeded our expectations. The host is informative and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait for our next trip!

Booked a long weekend stay for my fiancé’s birthday. Living in coastal Georgia, I’ve stayed at too many beaches to name on the Atlantic and Gulf coast. After this stay at Mexico Beach, we’ve found the best one. The condo is perfect. Right on the beach with a great view. The beach has quartz sand that never gets hot and they’ve just finished a beach renourishment project. There are also great restaurants and shopping nearby. This place can’t be beat and the Happy Seagull is the perfect place to stay. Immaculately kept with all the amenities. The condo and the trip was perfect. Will be back soon…

We were supposed to stay seven nights when we got there. We had a family emergency stayed one night left for the family emergency. Our son and his wife were able to stay only one night so the place was only used two nights out of seven however Tammy was so wonderful with us And understood our issue. We will be coming back hopefully within the next few months. It’s a fantastic place. Absolutely love it! Everything about it from the owner to the location to the place itself. Amazing!

Everything was just as described in the listing. The condo was very clean, and communication with Tammy was very easy. It’s within walking distance to several shops and places to eat. We would definitely stay there again. Mexico Beach is still recovering from Hurricane Michael, but it’s a beautiful place to be, and the condo was perfect for our trip.

Condo unit furnishings and supplies exceeded expectations. Area construction and beach renovation going on 24/7 did not allow for much quiet time. Once the beach is done all should be great.

Everything was great except the one and only elevator was not working and we had to carry all of our luggage etc up to the third floor. Was extremely difficult for us over 80 sisters.. the three of us. The beds were comfortable but needed a stool to climb in the beds. A little diff.

This is our 2nd time to stay in this condo, 4th time in the building. We love the layout, cleanliness and proximity to the beach. This is perfect for our family to get away from the more crowded beach areas!
