Stayed Nov 2, 2023Nice...a bit dated but very comfortable and cozy, which is MOST important to me. The microwave did not work but they sent a replacement one so we were back in business. Ceiling fans would be nice in the bedrooms. Loved the warm decor and pictures of Italy...a favorite place of ours! Nice to have a washer/dryer available if needed.

Stayed Aug 23, 2023Really nice property, exactly as described. Easy access to the pool and the beach. The room was very nice, air ran great, bedroom was comfortable, occasionally heard a neighbor but very rarely. Overall, great time. We will come back in October.

Stayed Aug 10, 2023Enjoyed our stay at St Simons! This was our first visit. The condo was as advertised, very nice! and any questions we had Hodnett Cooper immediately replied to us. Also liked having our chairs, cooler etc already at the condo from the Vay-K Gear. Our only complaint was the long walk to the beach but apparently it’s that way all over the island unless you stay at The King and Prince.
