They thought of everything! From life vests for the littles to games to mini-deodorants - nothing was overlooked. The property was everything we wanted and needed for a weeklong stay.

Highest recommend for this condo and its location. Perfectly placed for Ocean view with easy access to the balcony from both the living room and bedroom. Close proximity and view of the pool made it wonderful. The unit is wildly well appointed and all of the extra amenities and touchpoints were a game changer. Helping with linens, towels, toiletries, supplies, coffee, beach towels, and the storage with the beach chairs and umbrellas and wagon was an absolute god send. Will look forward to a return and cannot say enough nice things about the service, product and experience. Well Done!

Wow! This rental was top notch! Exactly as pictured. Tony was quick to respond when we had questions about the property before traveling. He even told us about a fireworks opportunity while we were there for 4th of July (excellent experience if you ever go during that time). A bit of a drive to local shopping and activities but worth the drive to stay in this quiet, non-crowded area. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could possibly need while on vacation. The condo was tastefully decorated and very comfortable for our family of 4. The bathrooms were a bit small but very manageable. I'll have to say, the bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in on a vacation. This was especially helpful for two people that have chronic back pain. The storage closet downstairs was by far worth the cost to stay at this place. 4 beach chairs, top of the line umbrella w/ sand hole digger, shibumi shade, cart and wheel barrel for easy toting stuff to/from the beach. Not to mention the boogieboards in the chest outside the door. I could go on and on. Thank you, Tony for opening up this beautiful home for others to enjoy. And btw, the house that Nights in Rodanthe was filmed in, is approx 1.5 miles down the beach, just past the Rodanthe Pier. Great for morning walks!

Our stay at this beautiful beachside condo in Rodanthe was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean view—waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and the sight of the sunrise over the water was truly magical.The beach itself was peaceful, clean, and incredibly family-friendly. It felt like our own little slice of paradise—quiet enough to really relax, yet close to so many exciting attractions. We had a blast exploring the local lighthouses, visiting the historic Lost Colony, and even spotting the wild horses roaming the beach!The condo was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. It was such a thoughtful touch to find little extras like individually boxed shaving kits—it's those small details that really make a difference. After a day of adventuring, it was such a treat to come back and unwind by the ocean with a cool breeze and beautiful view.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If you're looking for a relaxing, family-friendly beach vacation with all the comforts of home—and then some—this is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

This was our second stay in the condo, this time for a week! Our kids felr at home there! The beach is so conveniently accessible, the property owners provide everything you can think of, and the floor was spotless! All we needed to pack was some clothes, and not much since they also have a laundry room! Best VRBO in OBX, if you ask us!

We only stayed one night passing through, but a much nicer stay then a hotel for around the same price.

Stayed here with my niece to celebrate her graduation. The condo looks just like the pictures, warm and inviting. The balcony overlooks the ocean and has some of the most beautiful skys at sunrise. You can’t beat the sound of the ocean for relaxing. Our host, Tony is very friendly, easy to contact and very knowledgeable about the area. Bonus- easy drive to Nags Head outlets!

We enjoyed our trip to the beach in March, the condo was very nice and well equipped. The view is what made it so perfect!

Beautiful and very relaxing vacation. The view from the condo was amazing. The sunrises were spectacular. Within steps of the beach which we walked daily. Had everything we needed to cook our meals, very equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The sheets and towels were great. Everything was made to feel at home and comfortable. Tony is a fantastic host. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

This was exactly what we were looking for. In the middle of winter there was nothing open around us, and we knew that coming in. We were prepared for that. The condo and location was exactly as advertised. The view of the beach area and ocean was wonderful. We will return one day.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas, the condo was a perfect respite after the busyness of the holidays and a great place to welcome the New Year. The weather was warm for December, but still breezy. The hosts thought of every single detail and amenity. The view was amazing, with spectacular sunrise views and dolphins. Hope to stay there again.

Very comfortable and well appointed condo. The kitchen was well stocked with every pot, pan or utensil one would ever need. The view was awesome. Tony was very responsive and a delight to work with! It was difficult to leave, but I hope to come back soon!!

A beautiful condo with too many amenities to mention. Location is outstanding,! It was immaculate when we arrived. Can't wait to return.

Overall, a nice first visit. Weather was a bit chilly and windy but nothing we can do about that! Owner was very responsive and property was accurately described. We got a kick out of the outdoor luggage “lift” but it sure came in handy! There weren’t many restaurant options in the immediate area but that was probably due to being off season. Highly recommend this property!

Loved being on the beach even though we did not swim, but walked the beach a few times…great sunrises & sunsets. Loved the drive to Corolla & Hatteras. Great place to chill after a busy day of sightseeing.

Great condo will a well-appointed kitchen, plus supplies for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, etc. Plus a great balcony to watch the waves from.

We had a great week (and weather) for our stay! Overall, we really enjoyed this property, but I'll list specifics out. Pros- View of the beach, quick walk to the beach over the boardwalk with ample space to set up our towels and shibumi, charcoal grill and pool right by the staircase, everything you could imagine (and forget) was provided and that is so helpful, baby/toddler itema were also a big plus for us to save room in our car for other items. Cons- luggage lift was out of order when we got there and then people hogged it the whole time when we were leaving (big bummer but I understand it is not the owners fault), the property seems a little older and showers were not as clean as I would have hoped. Just a note- this was our first time to the OBX and we learned where everything actually is. Rodanthe is indeed a quiet little village and we do appreciate the quiet, slow pace. However, we do like to eat at nice restaurants on vacation and do an activity or two for our toddler. We traveled about 30-50 minutes for most restaurants and attractions. That is nothing negative against this property or owner, I just feel is a nice note for someone who is not familiar with the area.

The condo immaculate and very well appointed. My family has vacationed every summer on the OBX for years. This is the first rental we have resolved to revisit next year. Highly recommended.

Apartment had everything you needed and it was cute, the problem is that it was not clean when we got there.

This cute condo fit all the needs of our family of five. We have never stayed so close to the beach before and really enjoyed it. It was perfect for the price. Next time I would check out a different town on OBX with more going on like Duck or Corolla and would try to not go during a hurricane. Really cramped our style. Owner was simplistic that it rained all day. Negatives: had to make our own beds upon arrival, which was annoying to do for four beds at 1am when we arrived. Thought the place could have been cleaner and pool was meh.

We loved this place. Just steps from the beach. The added plus of having sheets, towels and beach equipment was a huge bonus. Beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. Owner was quick to respond to communication. We had a minor glitch with the AC and they reacted quickly and had it taken care of as soon as possible. We absolutely loved staying there

Everything previous reviews said was spot on! Tony and Nancy think of everything. You keep finding surprising details throughout your stay. Tony was very responsive to all of my questions. It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this spot!
