Stayed here as a birthday surprise for my husbands and it was everything I wanted and more. Everything was so nice and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be booking with stay awhile very soon

Fantastic place, 100/100 experience. One of the best vacations I’ve had at a VRBO. The condo was spotless and very well organized. I’m a bit of a clean freak, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The location is incredible right on the water. I had my coffee every morning on the balcony with the ocean literally below my feet.We walked to Nobu and Malibu Pier, enjoyed the jacuzzi, and everything about the stay felt relaxing and special. The host was extremely professional and amazing to deal with.I will definitely be back!

We had a great time enjoying the ocean view, pool and beach access. The condo was spacious for our use and we felt that the host communicated in a timely way. One negative was that the condo does not have air conditioning. The ocean breeze later in the day helped to cool the condo, but perhaps the blinds could have been pulled before our arrival so that it didn't heat up so much inside the condo. The temperature when we arrived was near 90 degrees. In addition, there was no bed frame for the bed. The mattress, although comfortable enough, was on a box spring on the floor. I haven’t slept in a bed like that since my college days! All-in-all a good stay with a couple of issues.

We had a great time on this vacation. The location is perfect and close to everything we wanted to do while visiting. There were 4 adults. The condo had 2 air mattresses that the younger adults slept on and separate bedroom for us parents. . The hot tub felt great as we visited when the weather was not ideal. My daughter and her friend enjoyed the pool as well. Our host, Melody, was so responsive and helpful while we were there. Unfortunately the heat was not working properly but she quickly ordered some space heaters and had those at our door the following day. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a beautiful beach front place to stay with a very friendly and communicative host!

Our stay was fantastic. Everything went off without a hitch. Our host answered any questions we had very quickly. The view from the condo is stunning.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful oceanfront apt. The pool and jacuzzi were the highlights of our days, and everything was in great condition and very clean. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, so we could relax from the moment we arrived. Our host was very welcoming, responsive, and kind, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciated the quiet location with no highway noise and waking up every day to the sound of the ocean. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape.

Great experience

The property was great and the views/beach access was stunning! The unit was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. The host was great; very communicative and available throughout. Walking distance to numerous offerings and gorgeous coastline drives/views. We'll certainly look to stay here when in Malibu again. Highly recommend; great experience.

Location is very great. Spectacular views and just stairs away from access to the beach.You can get a great view just sitting on the patio of the unit, or even just sitting in the living room.Where is central location to a lot of restaurants like Nobu or shopping centers like Whole Foods.It only comes with one bed and one blow up mattress.The pool is really wonderful because the ocean was too cold when I went. The pool was heated, but I wish it could have been warmer.

My family of 4 had a great stay at this condo. Check-in, communication with host, and parking were all very effortless. Melody, the host, was very responsive anytime I messaged her, typically within minutes. We typically ate out at restaurants but the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to serve up a meal. The condo was very clean, the water pressure was great, lots of hot water, towels were plentiful along with 4 new beach towels. The pool and hot tub were probably the best we’ve had access to in a long while. Very clean, spacious and relaxing. The location was amazing as the property is right on the ocean with direct access to the beach. Hearing the waves throughout the day and night added to the relaxation of the trip. The location of the condo was about a mile, give or take, to the outdoor mall that had places to eat, Starbucks, shops, Wholefoods, about a 5 min drive. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to enjoy the beach, pool , hot tube, beautiful views, this is the place for you. The only negative I can think of is no air conditioning, unless I missed the controls or didn’t know how to set the AC but I understand AC is hit or miss in California. I keep my house at 68 year round so I notice things like that, but it wasn’t that bad and the ceiling fans helped keep the temps at a comfortable level. For reference my wife and I slept in the bedroom and my daughter and friend, 17 year olds , slept on the sofa.

Loved this place. The view is phenomenal and the beach and pool were so much fun. Great location. Even though it’s a one bedroom it felt spacious with the furnishing and the mirrors. Manager is really responsive.

The location is perfectly located near the Nobu restaurant and right on the beach, the views of the sunrise in the mornings are amazing. This little 1 bedroom is perfect for someone looking to enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing against the beach all day long, and enjoy a peaceful walk along the beach in the mornings. There is a very clean pool, hot tub, and proper security, along with parking. The host is very responsive and accommodating, we will define stay here again.

Beautiful Malibu condo with unprecedented views of the ocean right on the beach. Close proximity to great restaurants, very central yet. Secluded when you’re inside. Would definitely stay again when we return.

Stunning property!

Beautiful condo and property. Carbon beach is wonderful. Condo was exactly as pictured. Unfortunately we were there during a heat wave. The unit does not have air conditioning which we were aware of but when we arrived it was 94 degrees inside. It would have helped if the shades had been drawn and the ceiling fans on before our arrival . That’s the only reason for 4 stars. I would give 4 1/2 stars if I could.

I wish I could give them a hundred stars! We truly enjoyed our stay—the ocean was right below us, and the condo was modern and spotless. The beach was pristine, and you could literally stroll past celebrities' homes. Everything you’d want to enjoy in Malibu was within walking distance. The host was incredibly responsive. I highly recommend this place and have already suggested it to a friend who will be staying here in August.
