Stayed Oct 1, 2025We had an issue with the fridge not working from the first day, it was hot inside, and then all of a sudden it began to work, then the fridge stopped again,for 8 hours straight we lost our food, we contacted to owner and the building personnel came and saw the fridge not working but could not fix it as they are not qualified. Two other people from the building came again when the fridge stopped for the 3rd time and asked the owner to send the repairmen and it was not sent, it was always the building's personnel which they cant do anything to repair. We lost food and went to restaurants. The owner did not compensate any amount to us for this issue, and the owner on the last day told us that they will send a repairman after us leaving on the last day, NOT ACCEPTABLE. We paid for a functional kitchen and it was not the case. Very bad service from the owner.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025Husband and I did a long weekend trip to the area to visit with friends. The condo was just as described, the pictures were accurate. Directions via Waze were a bit confusing, so be careful if you use those directions. Check in was super easy, there is a different desk for those checking in as a rental vs the hotel. The valet situation was great. You will be issued a wrist band which is your key to the condo and the elevators. As others have said, there is sometimes a wait for the elevator, but the building service people, kept it moving. The view from the balcony was perfect. You see the ocean, the pool, and the city. It was very relaxing and I enjoyed hanging out on the balcony every evening. The condo was clean and well stocked if you want to cook. The decor is minimalistic and nice. The furniture was very comfortable, bed, sofa, chairs, balcony furniture. There is a 7-11 across the street and a Publix a couple blocks down. I even walked to the Hollywood Boardwalk. Its about 2.5 miles away but walkable if its not too hot. I would definitely stay here again. We were there over the Easter weekend and the building did a great job with decorating for the holiday and planning activities for children. We didnt use the pool area but it looked so nice. The sushi restaurant beside the condo has great reviews; I plan to go there on my next visit.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025The actual apartment was great for our family of 3. Our little one was able to take afternoon naps undisturbed in the bedroom while we relaxed in the living room. The pool area was nice, but could get crowded at times. It was a short walk down to the beach area where they staff had an umbrella and 2 beach chairs waiting for us, although our beach space was off to the left and not directly in front of the hotel. The only problem was waiting for the elevator when going anywhere. There are 41 floors and only 4 elevators for all of the guests and th staff to use, so you could be stuck waiting for an elevator for a while, just something to consider when staying here.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024We had a great experience at this property. The place was spacious & modernly furnished. It was clean and had two balconies with a beautiful view of the ocean! Having a full kitchen was a nice plus as well. The amenities of the resort were great, including the poolside experience, and easy access to the beach.
