Oceanfront Bilmar #242 with Balcony, King Bed, Best Prices

The place was great & the wife loved it. We would like to rent it next year.

Didnt have hot water for shower on 2 of the days. One of the showers i took was ground temp. Everything else was good.

Views are spectacular. Access to the restaurant is close and easy. Food is good love music every night. Room is clean and easy access to stairs and elevator

Clean, comfortable and within walking distance to everything! Check in and check out was a breeze. Host was great as well. Sloppy Joe’s was good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ricky T’s is right across the street too and has great food and live music! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Location and views are excellent. Small unit but clean and has everything you need. Carol is very easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

The location and view cannot be beat. Very clean accommodations, convenient location to the beach and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay for a birthday weekend getaway.

Contacted Coral about brown stains on sheets she stated QUOTEI talked to my cleaner and she explained to me that this is a chemically treated mattress cover that is used in hotel settings to prevent bed bugs. End Quote. Brown stains on the sheets in my opinion is NOT to prevent bedbugs. It is something else. I have photos and copies of Cora's texting me to back me up. I can't post the photos or the text.

Had a great time at the Bilmar Beach Resort. Our room overlooking the pool and the Gulf was fabulous! Will definitely stay here again. Our host Coral was very attentive to our needs

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The resort and restaurant were great as well as the friendly staff. However, the pool and hot tub were closed as was the gym and laundry room. I understand they are rebounding from the hurricane but the website should be updated accordingly. I will definitely return.

The room and host are great. Please keep in mind it is similar to a hotel room, but nice. The Treasure Island area as of this date still is suffering from some Hurricane damage and there is a lot of construction

The condo was perfect for a quick long weekend to get away from the snow!

The room itself was still dealing with the hurricane; but, it wasn't terrible. The resort was not in good shape and probably should be torn down and start all over.

Restaurant and grocery store is walking distance. and there’s a very nice walking & bike path in of the condo.

We’ve stayed at the Bilmar before but to find this gem in it is amazing. All the amenities with less cost. We will definitely stay again.

Clean room, beautiful view. Everything we needed for a nice getaway. Communication with the host was quick and easy anytime we needed anything at all. Would definitely recommend!
