OCEANFRONT and CLOSEST To The BEACH Villa on the 3rd Floor at Luxury Resort & SPA

Beautiful property, the pool was wonderful. Pool ball was great. Not as busy as the other two resorts in between them and so glad we stayed here. The water was crystal clear in the pool. Beach is a little rough, but people were still swimming.. Valet was great. Definitely recommend.

Just as pictured Clean and spacious Loved the balcony most. Ate all meals outside and it was handy having the grill (cooked fish that we caught)Housekeeping came every other day. They would restock toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, body soap, dishwasher soap, & bath towels. Beach towels are available by the pool. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Made getting ready easy for all of us. The coffee maker has a cone shaped basket. You need cone shaped filters, which I could not find at the market or at WalMart. We just had the round ones. We would get grinds in our coffee (no matter how little coffee we made). I actually believe the coffee maker is suppose to have a reusable mesh filter. I could not find one in the kitchen. We have a coffee maker that has one.Things I wish were included: one roll of paper towels, liquid dish soap (just a mini bottle, I don’t believe in placing pots/pans in dishwasher), laundry soap (for at least one load), a shower foot stool (for shaving). Just something to keep in mind if you plan to shop before your arrival. We shopped at the little market right on property for some basics, at WalMart for majority of needs, and at a local market. If you plan to shop, you may want to bring a few reusable bags. You are charged for shopping bags. They don’t cost much but one handle broke on ours. We also used Uber anytime we went somewhere. It was fast and cheap.

Beautiful unit & so close to the beach. Loved hearing the waves at night. We continue to return to La Estancia for the ease and quality of the property. Will definitely rent this unit again.

This property and condo that I rented was beautiful. Everything was wonderful from start to finish and the whole process was smooth. The staff at the property was wonderful and everything was perfect.

This was our third time staying here. We find it to be easy and no fuss. The rates are very good for the size of the condos and also considering all the resorts have the same view! Super easy to get cabs to go to better high end dining or downtown. Drinks and service at the pool were great. Also easy to grab a water taxi. I recommend saving on accommodations and put the money towards dinners out b/c the food in Cabo is so good.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous 2 bedroom Villa right on the ocean. The resort is beautiful, the Villa is spacious & perfect for 4 -6 people. We will definitely be coming back again!

I have been to Mexico many times. Cabo is the best spot in the country. La Estancia is the best place to stay. This residence is the top location to stay at. We have stayed at La Estancia on 3 occasions.
