Oceanfront Air Conditioned Condo ~ Walk to Beach ~ Amazing Views

Very happy for rent this place.

The view was spectacular! We enjoyed see whales and surf conditions while sipping delicious espresso. Loved having the garage for the car and a well equipt kitchen. The owners were available for questions and very helpful and kind. Convenient location for grocery store and health food stores for those who enjoy cooking as I do. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Albert is a fantastic host. He really takes care of the guests. Little perks like having a cappuccino machine filled with beans and providing chairs/snorkeling gear/laundry detergent are much appreciated. The view from the room is priceless.

This house is amazing. Very luxurious and a wonderful finish to our week in Kauai. We only had two nights here, but it had a gorgeous view and felt very private. Everything was very high end. We had everything we needed and the hosts (and cleaner) were super accommodating and kind. The garage was filled with plenty of useful beach gear too!!

Such a lovely property! Step outside and there is nothing manmade between you and the ocean, adding to the relaxing feel. Having two masters works wonderfully for two couples; let son and DIL have the upstairs suite, accessed via a charming circular staircase. Even enjoyed sitting in the living room and watching the storm and waves during the one very rainy day. Fancy coffee machine that DIL got me up by brewing a cup. Clean and has everything a traveler needs!

Amazing property, inside of the house is only outdone by the views outside. House has everything you need in bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, and garage is stocked with beach gear. Host was very easy to communicate with!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We appreciated the use of the beach towels, chairs and cooler. We spent a lot of time on the lanai in the mornings and late afternoons/ early evenings. Good communication with the host when I had questions before our stay.

The host made everything so comfortable and welcoming. The amenities were outstanding. Cleaniness 10/10! Views are amazing! Only problem was we couldn’t stay longer. Loved it

We can’t say enough amazing things about our stay at Orchid Point this past week. This condo was the PERFECT place for our first trip to Kauai. The view was incredible, the condo spotless and well stocked with cooking, bedding, and beach supplies. We appreciated the snorkeling gear and beach chairs. Made it so easy to spend every morning at the beach. Also loved our morning visits from the chickens and nenes! Thank you, thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place!

The property was immaculate! Fully stocked with anything you could possibly want! The view from the living room literally took my breath away. Sunrises every morning.

This was our second stay at Orchid Point, and definitely won’t be the last. Albert and Anita are fantastic hosts! We really appreciate all the recommendations for local dining, beaches, activities etc. This place has the best views, great location on the North side of Kauai, with all the amenities you could ever need. We cannot wait to return!

We had an amazing stay and will hopefully return again soon. We had wonderful communication with Albert ahead of our trip. The check in and all the instructions including the walk to the beach were easy to follow. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets from the lanais. The condo was well stocked which made preparing our meals a pleasure. We would definitely recommend staying here!!!

We loved the view, location and morning visits from the rooster and hen! We were also lucky enough to see a whale breach in the distance when we first stepped out on the patio.The website with suggestions on activities, restaurants, and beaches was super helpful. The condo was well supplied with basic staples.

I have nothing to add to the previous 5 Star reviews of this property other than if I could I'd give it 6 Stars. It's just the perfect place to enjoy all the pleasures that the marvelous island of Kauai has to offer.

We appreciated this home! The location for views was great. The amenities and features of home were luxious from the bidet to jetted tub to well stocked kitchen and espresso maker. We used the garage, washer/dryer, and beach supplies. There was a secluded beach you can hike to in 15min and snorkel/linger at…we hope to come back!

Absolutely beautiful and breathtaking views from the patio. Beautiful space that fulfilled all accommodations and even went above and beyond our expectations. Will definitely remain on my absolute must place to stay for future visits to Princeville. Mahalo!
