Oceanfront 8th Floor - Beach Gear Included - Walking distance to Main Street

This condo was the PERFECT location in NMB. The ocean view was beautiful and it had easy access to the beach. Our family also enjoyed the pool and lazy river. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our stay at the beach! The host also go above and beyond with stocking the condo with snacks, towels, toiletries etc that were very much appreciated. If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay this is it!

Very clean, well stocked kitchen, paper products, dish and hand soap, laundry pods, dishwasher soap, towels. And bonus surprises: beach towels, drying rack AND binoculars! Can’t think of anything else you could provide. It was like being at home except you have the beach at your feet. Thanks so much.

This is the best stay I've ever had at a VRBO. Beginning with the communication which was excellent to when we checked out everything was just excellent! From when we walked into the condo to a personalized sign welcoming my family I knew it was going to be a great week! The next thing I noticed was the fully stocked Keurig with not only a nice selection of coffee but also my favorite vanilla coffee mate. That really brought a smile to my face! Exploration continued with more smiles as each room was decorated in such a nice cute way and the unit was so well stocked that we felt so comfortable! The parking in the attached garage was so easy. Access to the unit as well as to the beach and pool areas was convenient close and easy. It is honestly the perfect location and the perfect unit for myself and my kids and grandchildren. Everything was in good working order including the air conditioning and the washer and dryer. It was so nice that we had access to multiple Beach umbrellas and beach chairs and a cooler to use on the beach each day. It was also extremely awesome that the host supplied beach towels as we did fly and did not want to have to check a bunch of bags just to fit beach towels. When we had a minor mishap with a beach chair the host offered to replace it right away and did. The location in North Myrtle Beach was perfect. Liked it so much we booked again for next year before our week was even over! Thanks again for everything it was a great vacation!

Where to begin. The Condo is nothing short of amazing from the minute you walk in and have that ocean view! Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. Randy thinks of absolutely everything and this place has so many start up products that you don’t get in most rentals. This condo is highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed.

The condo was exactly as pictured. It had everything that we needed and the location was awesome. It was great to wake up and see the ocean! The host was quick to respond to any/all questions. We will definitely rent again if our travels take us back to North Myrtle Beach.

Randy is AMAZING!!! Best host we've ever had. Hands down the best place to stay in North Myrtle Beach. The accommodations and view are perfect! This property was in excellent condition and well maintained. Our condo was stocked with all needed items including spices, oils, coffee an k-cups, baggies, foil, paper towels, toilet paper, everything you needed other than your food items. A welcome arrangement of snacks. Decorated with a fresh ocean vibe appeal.Great unobstructed views of the ocean and coast line both north and south. Has all beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, cart for use, boogie boards, nice beach towels. All items in excellent repair and cleanliness. All furniture was clean and well kept.(no broken handles, scratches, dents) Beach was immaculate and well maintained. Randy was readily available for all questions or concerns. Easy parking tower attached to the floors with elevator access as well. lots of luggage cart to use. Lots of stores, markets, ice cream, shopping within walking distance. Thank you Randy for a great experience for our first visit to North Myrtle. Will be back!

Everything was clean. The property was ready early and there were extra amenities that were unexpected such as dish soap, laundry soap, waters, and chips. Randy was a great host. We felt like guests instead of customers.

We were very impressed with our stay. Condo was clean with comfortable new furniture. All of the extra just in case items was a wonderful touch. Communication with the property manager was easy. They anticipated any questions we had and no need to reach out during our stay. We would definitely stay here again

Beautifully decorated oceanfront condo in a great North Myrtle Beach location. The host responds in a timely manner to any questions you may have and the extra amenities he provides are second to none! Also one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in! A condo and host!

This condo is top of the line. It was spacious, very nicely furnished, with a spectacular view. The kitchen was well stocked with cleaning essentials and cookware. The only thing we ran out of was paper towels. I would rent this condo again.
