Oceanfront: 607 Surf Villas at Sawgrass Beach Club Near TPC & Mayo Clinic

The condo is in a great setting right on the ocean. It was comfortable and well appointed. The rental manager was a very good communicator. We may return next year.

This property was perfect for my husband and I. The view itself was amazing. Marita, the property manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this property.

We loved this condo! It was clean and offered all the essentials we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean with a quick walk to the private beach! Quick response from the agent and the owner was easy to work with when we wanted to add an extra day.

The condo was lovely, perfect for 2! Bed was very comfortable, bathroom spacious. The only issue we had was trying to get my brother into the gate! Pretty frustrating as owner said they called him in. But other than the first 2 weeks of 3o degree weather it was a lovely stay and had many nice walks on the beach and through the community.

Had a wonderful time during our stay here. Very clean with all essential items on hand. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Close to shopping and restaurants. The beach was awesome!

The property was very nice. Had a problem with the washer/Ddryer. The owner came and had the problem fixed within a couple of days.

Loved the gorgeous views and short walk to the beach. Gated community is a perk for privacy, but sometimes a long wait to enter with pass. Close to our family and attractions. Overall an amazing and relaxing stay and will return. Some recommendations: Updated cookware is needed, most were old/ grimey, everything we cooked burned. The coffee filters were the wrong kind, The dryer kept turning on/off and shutting off before clothes were dry with small loads. Printed instructions onsite would be helpful, since it was hard to find washer & dryer instructions on here. Beach chairs on deck were rusted and ripped, so we bought and left new ones. At least 2 more beach towels are needed to alternate/washing/use for beach/pool or hooks to hang towels. The dresser drawers did not stay shut with clothes in them, they kept opening. cookware and

We loved this 1BR unit. My husband and I rented it along with several others for extended family during July 4 week. It was well appointed, clean, quiet and night and had everything we needed for a great week. If you want to be oceanfront in Sawgrass Beach Club, this is a great place to rent. Marita was a pleasure to deal with and provided all the information we needed for our stay.

Condo was gorgeous, and Marita, The property manager, was fantastic! I would highly recommend this condo for a great beach getaway. The only reason we are rating it at 4 stars instead of a 5 is that the VRBO stated there was a hot tub and it did not have one.
