Oceanfront 4th floor, Balcony with Spectacular Ocean Views

The location was ideal! The property was very dated but clean. Communication was great. We had a few requests and they were timely addressed.

The view and location are amazing. We walked most places we went. The views are wonderful because there is a balcony you can go out and enjoy or just leave the door open a little and have the sounds of the ocean. The unit wasn’t very clean. The dishes were dirty so we washed them before we used them. Like standing grease in the pans. The bathrooms had hair from other people on the floors and walls. So more attention to cleaning would be great. The location and price made it all worth it. We don’t mind cleaning but some people might not want to do that on their vacation.

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and bed the view and location is great we enjoyed our stay . One recommendation I would have is the carpet needs to be addressed . We have stayed at this complex several times walk score is 100

Every was clean and in good condition. However, the carpet was older had several spots. A nice add would be salt, pepper and cooking oil or spray oil.

This is a great place to stay. Right on the ocean, just a three minute walk to town. Very clean, comfortable, unit.

The location to the beach, promenade, and shops and restaurants was perfect. Every thing in short walking distance. The condo was comfortable and fully accommodating and exceptionally clean upon arrival. I would 100% recommend this rental and look forward to staying there again in the future.

The view was amazing! We enjoyed listening to the sounds of the serf from the balcony. Access to locations via the boardwalk made it easier to get around...especially to get our waffle cone treats.We didn't realize the volleyball tournament was scheduled the first weekend that we arrived. We welcomed the calm after the noisy crowds left the beach.

Cozy, right on the promenade. Quiet. Comfortable beds and seating.Dated decor, plumbing fixtures and electronics but all usable.

We had a great stay at this property. It was located within walking distance to restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend if you heading to Seaside.

This condo is in a perfect location. Very relaxing views and nice set up. The blinds were broke in the living room but we figured it out. Lived having the elevator. Used the laundry room and it was clean.

I loved having a balcony and view of the ocean. Didn’t realize I was that close to walk to restaurants and shops which I really liked. The bed was very comfortable

We had a very enjoyable time staying here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had an awesome view of the beach and it’s just a two minute walk to the beach. It’s also a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We’d definitely stay there again!

My wife has a very stressful job and the beach is her therapy! This location has a great view and it is right along the promenade, which makes for easy walks on the beach. We had a great time.

Despite the rain, we had a terrific time! Even the ocean in the rain is magical plus Seaside had plenty of attractions to keep us happily occupied for 3 days. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed plus a great view!

We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony watching the ocean and the rain. It’s an easy walk to the heart of Seaside for shops, the carousel mall and restaurants. Three beds for 3 adults was perfect; they were very comfortable.

Overall a wonderful stay! View is amazing. Clean except for the dishes in the cupboard. Guessing last person that stayed put the dishes in the dishwasher but didn’t turn it on. Cleaning crew just emptied it without looking.

We have stayed in this building twice now, and plan on coming back every year. Loved this unit. Very clean, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed and couch. We were very happy there.

Beautiful view, great location, spacious condo. Everything was very clean and tidy! You can tell the condo, fixtures, and appliances are old, but only because of the style. It was a bit like a time capsule, and I mean that in the most positive way. We loved it! We were shocked that everything looked so great and nicely kept. We highly recommend this place!

The location is great. And I love having two bathrooms and a king size bed. But there are several things that need work. One of the burners on the stove doesn’t work. The toaster is not working correctly. The shower in the master bath is difficult to use and has a rusty drain. The screen door going out to the deck needs to be replaced. We had to rub it with dish soap in order to get it to slide closed. The curtain rods are not adequate for the weight of the curtains. We bought some air fresheners just because the place smelled so musty.

This was an incredible place to stay in Seaside. It was within walking distance to the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and downtown. It was also close to golf courses, Only thing that would have been nice was a listing of TV stations. We ended up making our own little guide.
