I loved the view and the facilities. Easy walk to some restaurants and bars at Main and South Ocean Blvd. Easy to get to as well without having to come in the always super busy 501. Very comfortable living area. I hope to be back.

Great place for a family or just a guys or girls getaway. Great location for food, golf, and entertainment. Easy communication and easy check in and out.

The owner was very attentive and fixed a few things the same day we reported it to him. Great location and view from the ocean front balcony. Very close to some very reasonable restaurants. Would definitely go and stay there again. Thank you Pat.

There were a few areas that could have used a bit more cleaning. Some hair in the tub in the master, some grease spill inside a drawer in the kitchen, and some sand under the sofa. Otherwise it was fine.

Beautiful view of the beach! Weather was a little too cool for pool use.

This unit was ginormous! We had plenty of room for the kids to hang in the back bedrooms when they needed space, and we loved playing Spades on the coffee table in the living room. Having 2 full size couches, and 2 additional chairs in the living room was extremely helpful. Pretty much every other condo I have ever rented has not had enough seating for everyone.The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, a little narrow so its a one or two person at a time thing, but that can't be helped. I've never had a host offer the use of private chairs/umbrella, so that was an unexpected blessing. We very much enjoyed our stay and would gladly rent this unit from Ms. Pat again.

This condo is amazing! I was pleasantly surprised at how big it really is. I don't think the pictures do it justice. The location to the beach is unmatched. The pools were nice and slightly heated. The jets in the hot tub didn't work but maintenance is aware of it. The location to shops and restaurants is perfect! 10 out of 10 we will stay again!

Everything was great except Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle share the same address so the way it was sent in the instructions it linked to the Myrtle Beach version so we did an extra 30 mins back the first trip.

Everything was perfect for our girls spring break trip. Room was clean and host responded immediately to concerns. Perfect location & proximity of the events we had planned. Look forward to booking again.

all bethroom and kitchen was not clean for long time, I think, black old dirts were allover the shower place

Our host Pat was most accommodating and patient with any questions we had. The condo was clean and comfortable and my sister's kept saying the views were great! Everyone enjoyed their stay and we hope of a return visit in the future! Thanks Pat for helping make our annual Sister's Weekend a success.

Condo was in a great location and close to everything! Everything was in working order and clean. The balcony beach view was amazing! We did have some issues with check in and never received the locksafe code prior to arrival. The host did respond after several messages and got us into the condo. The host was friendly and helpful.

The host was very easy to communicate with. The property was exactly as depicted. We loved the location. Our week was spent relaxing, sitting on the beach, and shopping.

Such a wonderful place! Very clean and the view is fantastic. The hosts are so sweet. I would recommend this place to every one.

The condo is right on the beach and extremely accessible. Multiple pools to choose from means it was never busy. Walkable to main street for some ice cream and shops. Parking was plentiful

Condo was great. Will definitely be staying here whenever we come back to Myrtle Beach. Very convenient location to everything. Very impressive that security is always on site. Convenient parking at condo. Easy access to the Beach and wonderful views from the balcony. Love Myrtle Beach because of all the fun things to do.

It was the perfect spot for college friends to re-connect! Easy airport access and driving but loved the walking access to restaurants, night spots and the beach! We love keypad check-in and having the beds made after flight delays was such a luxury!! Hope to return next year!

The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had great weather and mostly gentle waves. Everyone had a great time. Pat is very responsive to concerns and this was our 3rd trip to this condo. The only downside is that one elevator was not operating ( out of 4)

We loved the location, Pat (owner) all the nice people we met in the elevators, all the workers from night time security guys to day time maintenance guys! Thank you! My sister and I had many many laughs and entertained ourselves by taking the advice of locals as to where to eat and hang out for some entertainment. Just a super fun time! If you are there, be sure to give Pat a shout and you’ll be glad you met him. He was attentive to any need. All five stars except for cleanliness and that is NOT due to it being dirty, just a deep clean needed such as fans, pictures, etc. Everything in working order and convienence a 5. Thank you for a great experience for a couple sisters that needed a get away!

Very clean and plenty of space for everyone. The TV actually worked in this unit. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge bonus.

We enjoyed our stay. The complex is quiet and in a great location. We are a group who go to the beach every year, although we typically have a larger group, so it was nice to downsize a bit this year. The bedrooms are nice, the bathrooms are adequate. The kitchen is well stocked.Our only issue was the cleaning before we arrrived. Nothing was swept under the furniture so as I was standing at the bed folding clothes, my feet inched under the bed and came out covered in sand. The living room furniture had things under them, like easter egg pieces. The master bathroom also had several small hairs in it, as did the tub jets. This might be something to address for future guests. We worked around it and swept up and wiped down what we could.Overall though, our stay was positive and I would go again.

Great place. Perfect location

Condo was as advertised. The master bedroom bed was pretty uncomfortable for us, and the stove top was that very small one you find in most condos. But everything else was great. It's very conveniently located, not just to the beach, but to many restaurants in easy walking distance.).

We’ve stayed at Ocean Bay club units previously and this unit was another well taken care of property. Beds were all a little firm, but some of us preferred that. Everything was very clean and access to the unit on check in was super easy! The property manager Pat was great to communicate with and we had no issues.would stay here again in the future!

Excellent location for golf. Nearby good restaurants.Condo was very clean. Checkin was a breeze.

Had a wonderful stay for a girls trip (6 of us total). The property was as pictured and very clean. Pat was great to work with and very accommodating. Property was conveniently located to Greg Rowles theatre which is where we were going each day. Lots of shops within walking distance. Plenty of carts for getting luggage to the rooms. Large spacious balcony that I really enjoyed sitting on. Master bedroom was nice and spacious. I prefer a softer mattress but that’s my personal preference. Had a great stay and would recommend!

Very roomy. Fabulous view. New floors and granite in kitchen and bathrooms. Nicely appointed for comfort and convenience. Owner working on other updates.

We had a great time in Myrtle Beach. The condo had a heated indoor and outdoor pool that was wherey granddaughter spent a lot of her time. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner.
