Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived 3/1 discovered we had coffee maker no pot replaced 3/2 Went to make dinner 3/2 no pans. Rec new box of pan fm mgmt on 3/3. Fridge broken in sev areas. Told by someone that owner did not want to put $ into condo. Beds were awful sheets pilly. Pillows without pillow cases. Chairs in kitchen broken-mold on ceilings and vents. Lampshades with holes in them. Moved furniture to vacuum-vacuum bag full. Asked mgmt,no bags I HAVE PICTURES left 8 days early

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First let me say we LOVE Waters Edge and will continue to stay here. The unit this year is the worst unit we have seen or stayed in. Let me list the items: Mold at all the ac vents, couches are way past needing replaced, master bed is like a hammock, had to put pillows under mattress to even make it through the vacation, stove burners were broken not an even one to be found. Tub cracked in the guest bathroom, fire alarm went off in building and we did not even hear it. One bar still broken and in closet the other one unable to be used. Laundry bifold doors were coming unhinged and broke on last night there. Not enough utensils to even have a meal unless you used salad forks. 4 cup coffee pot for a 3 bedroom unit, crock pot with no heating element. Reported issues and was told owner was not responding to emails sent. I would recommend Waters Edge but not this unit.
