Stayed Dec 31, 1969Sands Villa is a wonderful complex, with good access to a very wide and quiet beach, two pools, two tennis courts and other amenities. Unit 221 is nicely decorated, with a great view of the dunes and beach. This is the second year we have rented this unit as part of our annual family beach week and we definitely will include it in our future plans.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have been coming to Atlantic Beach and Sands Villa for more than 25 years. Seven years ago we discovered Sands Villa 221 and what a find it has been! The condo is very comfortable and has really been well maintained. The owners are continually making updates throughout the property. It has a great view and is very easily accessible. We highly recommend this beautifully appointed condo to anyone that is looking for a relaxing vacation spot!
